Hello all, I have just won a ticket in the ballot! However the ticket dosent seem to be in my Reserved seats/tickets section like it said I would. Is this normal with ballots as I only received the email 2 hours ago or should i give a call to the ticket office. Thank you!
I'm in the same boat. Don't make it easy do they!

I think you should be grateful you got a ticket!

Me also, nothing in my account about reserved tickets. Im in Southampton so I cant drive to the ticket office.

I have one restricted view ticket available £28, selling on behalf of a non GPGer friend who cannot make match now.

Fulham (A)

Tickets arrived. Makes sense to post them early this time as it's such a long journey people might be setting off early
Still waiting for mine. Presumably they're sending them out in batches.

Just read through this thread, shouldn't all sections be encouraged to sing instead of being labelled as a non singing place?

Get its family friendly at the front n all.
Nowhere is labelled as a non-singing section

3/10 so far here. Strangely the ones that were ordered later. The other 7 were ordered within minutes of them going on sale.

Believe the last batch are being sent out today. I was surprised to hear that as mine arrived a few days ago.

Desperately trying to buy my Members Ballot Fulham ticket before 3pm but I'm getting this error message when I try and check out:

Unfortunately, the items you have selected do not have a common delivery method assigned, please purchase them separately.

Can anyone shed any light on anything I might be doing wrong? It's only that ticket it my basket so I'm very confused.

Edit: I have phoned and emailed the BO and waiting on a response, but I'm not counting on them getting back to me by 3pm.

.. useful to know squire...as a member...with a few TAPs...I will wait till they go on general sale..before I contact Captain Jim for a place on his boat...and if you're looking in 8 corner...is there a boat for west 'am....pie munchin' jnr McBee wants to know😉
Didn't expect to read this in the Fulham Tickets thread ;) but the answer is quite possibly. I'll try and get some details together (largely for the benefit of @GP200) and get back to you/others. The last one we did for a West Ham evening game was pretty decent - London at dusk and all that.

It sounds as though you are trying to purchase the ticket, along with something else? If so, remove that other thing from your basket, so just the ticket is there.

That ticket is the only thing in my basket though. It’s very odd. Resigned to my fate at this point as I’m clearly never getting my call back. Gutted.

Its a joke the ticketing system. Won the STH ballot but no ticket was in the reserved section.
Sent an email yet they say it could take upto seven days to respond. With a thursday 5th deadline that wasnt gonna work.
decided to call the office and my word it took 1 and a half hours in a queue of 5.

Got there in the end! :hat:

Too late for me now but which part of the office did you call out of interest? I tried away games first but it just told me the game was sold out and hung up, then general enquiries which said it would call me back and then hung up. I never trust call back systems, my GP does it and they never f***ing call you back.

It would seem that the earlier you buy the longer you wait. They must work backwards order date wise in the ticket office

That's weird, it just suddenly worked for me despite being after 3pm. Cinderella shall go to the ball after all.

So many options i completely forgot. Pretty sure i did away games and then clicked the other away games options just to get on the phone as fulham tickets was all robotic.

Another detail i left out was that they responded to my email today asking to call at 4. (1 hour past my set deadline)

Guess im one of the lucky ones by the sounds of it by calling yesterday.

Fulham ticket arrived this morning. Post mark 2 September.

I thought it might be my original Sunderland ticket. That never arrived.

I presume it's a massive queue to get into Putney Bridge tube after the game? Am I better off walking to Hammersmith?

Every Fulham away game I've done before I still lived in London, but this time I'll have to get back to Brighton so need to take the District to Blackfriars as all the Victoria trains are down that weekend.

Take a Lime bike after the game can be a good option, usually loads around that ground post match. Would save you 10/15 minutes

See my postman today. He asks if I'm expecting any football tickets. I said Fulham. He says he is off next week and his stand in postie has high blood pressure, but if there is anything urgent I'm waiting for next week, I can give him a call and he'll sort it for me
I said the Fulham ticket can wait till the following week and it's ok, but what a sound, top, top, geezer, to offer.
My faith in human kindness has been restored.

Never seen a queue there.

As an alternative walk to Putney if queues are bad and get a train to Waterloo then walk to Blackfriars. Or just walk to Putney east for district line and you’re guaranteed a seat.

Online tickets are a f***ing shambles in my experience. Whoever is the product owner for that side of the website needs a rocket.

Walk to Putney overground station and pick up a train to Brighton from Clapham Junction?

Victoria is closed that weekend, all Brighton trains are running from London Bridge.

Get involved peeps without tickets.

At least 200 available in the Putney End home sections and I reckon at least 1000 available in the Riverside if you want to slum it with Tarquin and Camilla. I’ve heard @Silly Hat is in the Riverside for this one and will be providing clappers and Victoria sponges for all.
