It's difficult to say, it was a friendly but there was a major gulf in class for 30 mins bar the first 10 secs when they should have scored, we faded a touch after their pen but until then I could see us destroying them, he looked fine defensively and dwelt too long for one of their goals but I can't help thinking that Oxford weren't much of a test for him but they scored 3, confused, it was a friendly and analysing too much is daft.

Who will start against Sheff. Utd. is anyones guess as Maxim Colin was in my opinion superb when he came on in 2nd half, his first touch was sublime , and he did a lovely cheeky drag- back / dribble ( excuse technical babble) to sail past an Oxford defender.

Dean Smith now has an excellent group of players, and one of the keys to our success is how he uses this enlarged squad, and keeps everyone happy. Progression in cup competitions will help give a wider number of players all important game time. With this many players we could do with the Anglo Italian Cup being re-instated,.....well maybe not. Onwards and upwards.

I really like the look of Dalsgaard (solely based on today's performance) and Colin is the best right back we've had in my 30 years of being a Brentford supporter. We are spoilt for choice.

Seen him twice now this week and it seems he has a greater physicality about him than Colin who I think is a top player.
Henrik seems to be quite happy to leave his mark on a tackle/challenge which will help us redress the balance with the likes of

I think dof s identified a weakness last season against some teams that maybe we were too lightweight looking at the back with two skillful but not necessarily big full backs. This is what they are addressing here with Dalsgaard, along with Kamo sitting in front of centre backs

Wake up guys- Maxi is probably the best right back in the Championship. Dals was a little hesitant in my opinion yesterday and Egan is the one who has to worry is he good enough to get into our defence as he seems to have lost confidence and keeps making mistakes.

Maxi is a cracking player but he was poor yesterday, didn't think Henrik was hesitant at all. Agree about Egan yesterday but he won't need telling he needs to do better.

I don't think we should expect this from Mokotjo. Like DS said after the game he's not one who will just sit in front of the defence, he likes to get about the pitch.
