Down to using Chrome rather than Safari, which when I switched, worked instantly.

Just got Millwall oiks on iFollow audio.
Still being charged for this audio, but no Brentford commentary with Mark B.
Same guys on IFollow video!

All a bit of a con by iFollow. Ridiculous!

I have the same problem as last week, signed in, can watch videos of old matches, but I click on play commentary and nothing happens. Tried phone, tablet and laptop, different browsers, makes no difference! I think I'm done with my follow!

Tried to buy a match pass but when got to payment page asked for voucher code, which I don't have. E mail to ifollow and enquiries@bfc, no reply from either.
Have I missed something on offer email from BFC?

When I went to pay I was taken repeatedly to my account page with no payment option. Created a new account with a different email account and it’s let me pay and I’m in. All very odd. Getting Millwall commentary though

I logged in via Brentford FC for audio iFollow but got Millwall commentary.
Why on why does everyone have constant issues with iFollow when we are paying for it!!!

Thanks for that - it works via the settings on my iPad which is in bottom right corner!

can’t get anything on chrome, just black screen and buffering. Edge gives me a frozen image with no sound and appears to be permanent buffering.

I’m watching via IPTV so this doesn’t bother me but I’ve noticed that the BFC and iFollow apps still appear to be stuck on the WBA game. This could explain some problems. Maybe it’s not affecting all users?

Edge gives frozen image, just appears to be buffering. Have never had problem before. Have given up with video now just listening to Bee's commentary.

For those that have frozen screens/black screens etc. I recommend using another browser. Or restart your PC.

It does seem to take a bit of time to warm up for some people, I wonder if there are some capacity problems? However these people do large USA sports too....

Try logging out of Ifollow then log back in

Just a black page with the circle going round and round. Tried Chrome and Explorer, and another laptop, all the same.
It's always been ok before, and carabao cup live was ok last week.
Anyone got any solutions? Cheers.

What tortuous route did you use to login?

On the EFL iFollow app, go to 'Matches', tap on Millwall v Brentford, then you can tap to access our commentary.
