It's a knee injury so don't think he'd have a boot on - maybe a knee brace.
Considering the one he was photographed in belongs to Tesco, it's definitely good otherwise he'd have been done for theft. ?
He was walking freely on the Instagram story. It didn't look remotely as if he needed a knee brace.
Wouldn't get too excited - Rico has taken 3 months to go from back into training to allegedly ready to be in the matchday squad so I think seeing him before January would be a bonus personally
Very different injuries though. Can't compare an ACL to a Meniscus cartilage injury. I'm hopeful he's back well before the New Year. Wouldn't be surprised to see him back on the grass in training in October.

Yep of course but wary of people thinking that he will be back on the grass any time soon just because he has no knee brace - we seem to be treading far more carefully now with injuries in terms of the time from full training to matchday squads
Some would argue in the last we’ve been treading too carefully. There’s a new head of medical now so a different culture hopefully.
