I remember watching that and chomping at the bit to see him in the PL. I, for one, can’t wait. ?

(Yes, it might take time but he’s clearly - imo - got all the right attributes to terrify and bully any defender out there.)

I honestly think he’s going to hit the ground running. He’s had adversity in his life and has that desire to succeed. He’s already played in multiple countries despite his young age and is plainly capable of dealing with changes to language, culture and customs.

He’s been training with us for months now so will already be familiar with the system and how TF wants to play.

That’s before you get onto his attributes. He looks like he can run with the ball, hold the ball up and score every type of goal imaginable.

If he delivers what he is capable of we’re going to witness something special that will take us to the next level.

I think so too - but like most BFC fans I haven't seen him play yet, and I don't want us to lay too much pressure in him to score in the first seconds of his time with us.

Sorry to pour doubts over everyone - normally I'm the most optimistic person around. But let's not build up too many hopes on Igor. I'm sure he's going to be as great as well all expect - but let's wait to see him get hat-tricks in his first three games (or even one in each of his first three halves) before we start throwing out the superlatives.

Being a wordsmith, you know that fan comes from fanatical, a person marked or motivated by an extreme, unreasoning enthusiasm, as for a cause.

It’s sort of perfect; expectations are tempered because of the injury and we are already scoring a lot a lot of goals / creating a lot of chances.

He gets a nice gradual introduction with no overwhelming pressure day one. Perversely, this makes him more likely to get off to a good start.
