How many times did you watch him last season?they attack with pace , you can see why he isn’t playing
And have also played crap teams upto today which has papered over the cracks in their teamThing is, Brazil have genuinely picked up with change of shape since taking him off and have had no reason to change it to include him.
Could score the winner, maybe a ( penalty )Could well still feature tonight....
Should have...Could well still feature tonight....
Thiago would have buried that Endrick chance
Yep.Good though that he's not implicated in this
Exactly that!Yep.
F**k those Brazil fans that slaughtered him after their first game.
Got what they deserved.
When they play Hendrick over him and then that tw*t Neymar then that tells me Anchelotti did not fancy him or regretted taking him.Yep.

Brazil got what they deserved, but Thiago deserved a lot better than he was
No he didn't. He played absolutely awful first game. He's been very very poor last 10 or so games of the seasons. They have better striking options. He was very lucky to get a start at the beginning but just had yet another bad day at the office. Look at the facts. No emotion. When they play Hendrick over him and then that tw*t Neymar then that tells me Anchelotti did not fancy him or regretted taking him.

Very very poorNo he didn't. He played absolutely awful first game. He's been very very poor last 10 or so games of the seasons. They have better striking options. He was very lucky to get a start at the beginning but just had yet another bad day at the office. Look at the facts. No emotion.
Are you sure about that?!At least being on the bench means no injury risk
So Thiago was judged on one game ?No he didn't. He played absolutely awful first game. He's been very very poor last 10 or so games of the seasons. They have better striking options. He was very lucky to get a start at the beginning but just had yet another bad day at the office. Look at the facts. No emotion.

He was hardly number 1 pick did well to start one game and get minutesSo Thiago was judged on one game ?
Very clever.
They were desperate for a goal last night and Ancelotti put a 19 year old kid,who is not a number 9,and a 34 year old has been on in front of him.He was hardly number 1 pick did well to start one game and get minutes
So we are agreed thenThey were desperate for a goal last night and Ancelotti put a 19 year old kid,who is not a number 9,and a 34 year old has been on in front of him.
That told me he doesnt rate him and probably regrets taking him.
So he didnt have a good game vs Morocco and afaik not many of the Brazil side did,but it seems he became the scapegoat of the side and his country.
He did well to get one game ?
Why ?
Because he has had a cracking season and thats how he should be judged.
Not on one game for a bang average team running on reputation alone.
Disgusting. And quick enough to get involved in the.handbags.Was on the pitch having it off big time during the big scuffle towards the end of the match.
Thiago was one of the players that looked interested in Brazils first game.No he didn't. He played absolutely awful first game. He's been very very poor last 10 or so games of the seasons. They have better striking options. He was very lucky to get a start at the beginning but just had yet another bad day at the office. Look at the facts. No emotion.
Hendrick and Neymar ?They have better striking options.Look at the facts.
Seriously ?Hendrick and Neymar ?
Please
I cannot see any facts for Neymars tears
Or he carries on the form from last season.Seriously ?
I doubt he'll be here when the new season starts. But let's see. If he is, hope he does well.
Yeah, you mean the Morocco that have a real chance to get to their second WC semi final in a row, yet people are creaming themselves over Cunhas goals against the might of *checks notes* Haiti and ScotlandIgor was clearly made the scapegoat for their first game vs Morocco, but thankfully for him he was well out of the blast zone for their ignominious exit to Norway.
Needs to keep doing what he's doing with us, bang in another 20+ goals and show the Brazil team that it's a problem with them, not him.
This reads like a WC reaching the SF at a tennis grand slam takedown.Yeah, you mean the Morocco that have a real chance to get to their second WC semi final in a row, yet people are creaming themselves over Cunhas goals against the might of *checks notes* Haiti and Scotland
Well exactly. Their fans have an inflated view of where they should be, and had the fixtures been shuffled perhaps a different narrative would have formed.Yeah, you mean the Morocco that have a real chance to get to their second WC semi final in a row, yet people are creaming themselves over Cunhas goals against the might of *checks notes* Haiti and Scotland
Don’t worry. It’s not happening unless the numbers reach 9 figuresSuggestion in today 's Evening Standard that Manure are discussing our boy. ( But so are a dozen other elite teams I imagine!)

Sorry, I thought this thread was for the real IT crowd. Our 'mate' Tim Vickery on TalkSport today "sticking up for" IT's World Cup campaign.
Like many of us, saying Igor was picked to start in the wrong game, and basically that he wasn't given a realistic chance to succeed by Ancelotti's selections/tactics.
Starting to warm to Vickery a bit now.....
Brazil's loss could be our gain.Had a tough time of it this summer and he's probably feeling a bit down but once we sing his song to him,he'll be as good as gold and get back to loving life with us.
Seems the sort of bloke who'll be determined to prove any doubters wrong.Had a tough time of it this summer and he's probably feeling a bit down but once we sing his song to him,he'll be as good as gold and get back to loving life with us.
Yep he always believes in his soul.Seems the sort of bloke who'll be determined to prove any doubters wrong.
Thought he looked leaner and fitter if that’s possible ! Optical illusion perhaps but all that training and not playing in the WC seems to have shed a pound or two . He also looks like he was playing with a bit of anger and a point to prove (he clearly doesn’t have anything to prove to us) but perhaps the disappointing WC experience will be to our benefit !
