I think if there was one thing evident today, it was that Tarkowski is miles better than Dean at the moment. Dean had a shocker for me. Needless booking and really should have been stronger for their goal

IMO one of the reasons we keep clean sheets when Tarky plays is that he is a massive influence on our ball retention which takes pressure off us and enables us to control events for a longer period.

Tarks is a great addition to the squad without any doubt but what many forget on here is that Dean is playing with a broken bone in his foot. We know he is better than the last few games but please cut the guy some slack, he has not gone bad overnight. We are lucky to have 3 very good CBs who we are able to rotate.

IMO we are all aware that Dean is crocked. Personally, I don't know why we are playing him as I'd rather have a mobile Kevin O'Connor. However, IMO Tarky brings a lot more to the table in terms of distribution and our record when he plays in terms of clean sheets speaks volumes.
