not for some of us young man;) did england v italy there a few years ago........good pub 10 mins walk from the ground called the 'Dry Salters' or something similar.......welcomes away fans............and lots of em.........which will be good for our thousands:sorted:lol
away bit is 1800 unless we promise to bring 3000.........lets hope BFC staff demand the 3000.......dont know anyone who wont be going to this:eek::sorted:

How many will we take to Leeds? I'd imagine 350-400 considering where it is but because it's Leeds we'll probably take 1,000?

if a Saturday were take fifthteen hundren easy for the hype no matter where we are in league!!! its a good weekend away! lets hope its early on in season where there is nothing at stake!

i agree with the first half, but i would love to see us go there to secure a play off place last game of the season

just had a call from don revie. away game will be on sky on a monday night with the return fixture the following sunday behind closed doors. :sorted:

Its a new ground for all of the old school and with lots of appeal.

Our away support in a "Souther Division" will probably average a 1000 as a minimum and with a number of all ticket or sold out games (we sold out three times away last year)

With the general reduction in Northern journeys people will jump onto this game

Leeds has the Southampton factor - where the club sold 4000 tickets in a single morning leaving many high and dry and as a bench mark we took over a 1000 to Accrington the first time around when the weather was bad and probably put a few people off.

Some may consider Leeds as a club, to be as big as Newcastle and we took about 1500 to Newcastle for a midweek Carling Cup game.

My estimate 3000 sellout for a Saturday and 1500 for midweek

I suppose its a bit much to ask but it would be nice if the chant "dirty northern b.......s" can be avoided ! I and quite a few other "northern" bees will be there and some of us have been loyal supporters of the Bees from "oop north" for many years!

It is a quicker journey than Norwich. Even midweek less than 1500 would be poor unless we were doing exceptionally badly or boringly averagely in the league. A Saturday in March when we should be nicely ensconced in the top 6 for a 6 pointer with promotion rivals and I'd be disappointed with less than 3000!

A weekend job me thinks

I spent 3 months training in Leeds, never got back to the hotel B4 3am. Great City, bars clubs. Never saw any trouble in those 3 months great party City. I feel a weekend away to Elland Road watching a 7 goal thriller with us SUPER BEES scoring the 4 followed by many happy beers :O)

I'd rather we scored all seven, but i'll settle for 4-3. (Last minute Elder winner)
