Good to read that Terry Evans :love2: lives on in the memories of away fans.

There was a cracking picture in 90 minutes magazine in Christmas 1991 of a big Terry Evans fist laying out an Orient player. :D

According to Adrian Whitbread, it went right off in the tunnel at half time and after the game. :box:

No, perhaps someone else has on here. :fishing:

Was a great match even though we lost. Luscombe scored two. We must have had about 2500 there that day.

I remember that day, got there early, sat on the terrace bout an hour before kick off and then for the next hour watched the away end get more and more full. Luscombe's goals were two of the best you will see from any one player in a game, shame they looked like they could score at will.

I have the great memories of watching I think a Booker goal all but sending them down at their place midweek.

Simmo also ran at them down the side and they bottled it.lol :sorted:

lol A fairly short thread though. I guess they have been even more starved of London derbies than us in recent years.

would have played Barnet last season at least

"13) In the home ends of Griffin Park, youre never more then 5 feet from someone that is a total *****.

14) In one of the many Netto stores Brentofrd proudly houses, out of date GM Spam outsells any other product by 5 units to one, with the expection of own Brand Super Strenght Cider, where the Spam outsells that by 3 units to one.

14) Brentford has the highest rates of 'Infected Japs-eyes' anywhere in the UK gay community."

Some of their fans really don't like us. Couldn't care less about them

Looks like we could be taking the full allocation too with only 200 or so tickets left.....................can't wait to shove it where the sun don't shine, they're the worst supported club in London, (Barnet don't count!!)

Leyton Orient

sorry if its a dumb quastion do people think there will still be tickets left tomorrow

"Orient V Brentford has far, far more history then Millwall.

I ****ing detest those filth."

Above taken from their message board. Didn't realise they felt like that? Quite looking forward to the day now.

" For years Griffin Park was unique, as it was the only ground with a pub on each corner of the ground."

Obviously heard about the Princess Royal then :(

rivarlies are a jealousy thing as well. Just look in West London

Chelsea hate Arsenal
Fulham hate Chelsea (but Chelsea don't give a toss about fulham)
Our biggest rivals are QPR, yet they probably think Fulham are bigger rivals.

Thats exactly how it works.
The little club wants to hate the bigger club, the bigger club wants to hate the even bigger club, the even bigger club wants to hate the biggest club.

I would assmume staines consisder us a local rival:(

Why won't they sell you a single ticket? What if you wanted three? Are you sure they'll only sell them in twos. They're unreserved seating, by the way.

Boozer

Anyone know of a pub with PremPlus near ground.
I don't normally bother but I've had a flutter on Everton!

After much advice and information I am travelling by Central Line from West Ruislip with Fat Bee Slim, Bill the Fish and Twydie.

Leaving West Ruislip around 12.20 my Travel Director tells me.

The Fish has threatened to bring his quiz book so any help for my thicko team will be gratefully appreciated!

I will be there on Saturaday leave Camborne in Cornwall at 7.03, arriving at Paddington 12.05, then getting tube with my brother and mate to the ground.

This is the first match since the play off lost to Stoke so I am really looking forward to it. I am also going on Tuesday as the business trip I'm on last till Wednesday. it will be great to see GP as I haven't been there since the championship celebrations in 91/92:alcoholic . All the other games I have gone to since then have been away matches.

Crewe lost 2-0 (the defeat that ended our great to the season)
Wembley lost 1-0:sad:
Millenium Stadium Lost 2-1:sad:
Millenium stadium lost 2-0:sad:
Plymouth lost 2-0

on second thoughts I might stay away bit of a bad omen.

Oh well got to brake the sequence on day lets hope it Saturaday.

Come on you Bees:banana:
