Baggies open talks with Dan Crowley re vacant managerial position.
Will his brother stay at the Imps or is it a BOGOF deal?
I think that will be a poor appointment.

Spot on, Scally isn’t going to be intimidated or impressed by anything other than his record and it’s good.
It will end in tears and threats but Evans is probably a good short term appointment
Unbelievable Jeff.
If they didn’t like Darren Moore’s style of football, wait until they get a load of this blokes agricultural hoof ball.

Gillingham in the Cup?Wouldn't ever want him at GP though.
From the relatively little I've seen or heard, the Crowley brothers look to replicate Tony Pulis attritional, physical, powerful style of football that wins very few friends but points and favours teams with low budgets and limited but fit players prepared to paly to a system. For me a poor mans version of a Manager they detest sounds like a recipe for disaster for Baggies fans.
If City are kicked out of the Champions League for a year I can see Pep to Juve happening.
How realistic a proposition is that though?
I wouldn't bet on it i agree but there is a strong wave of support against them and PSG

I thought it rather a big jump, and for West Brom a massive gamble given they're not tested at this level.https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/48365777
Not according to Lincoln
He must be the only one who was surprised....https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/48363892
On the face of it keeping them up was kind of an achievement but 3 wins out of the last 23 , alot of clubs he wouldn't have made it to the end of the season
I think history will show this to have been a very clever decision by Brighton. Hughton is a nice guy but the sort of coach you want to get rid of after a certain point. Potter is class.
There's a story doing the rounds that Middlesbrough are interested in John Terry...
Within an hour of Celtic winning the three legged race in the Primary School Sports Day (or something), Neil Lennon has been offered the manager's job permanently:

Ryan Lowe has just left Bury, whom he took to promotion from League Two, to join Plymouth, who've just been relegated from League One (replaces Derek Adams):

Steve Cooper, England u17 coach, to be appointed Swansea Manager according to the Beeb (sorry, don't know how to attach news item onto here). Was a coach with Liverpool Youth prior to that. Sounds like an unexpected appointment, to the outside world, to me.
Is this the Steve Cooper that scored twice for Tranmere against us in the Play Offs?
