.................classy............
Undoubtedly talented. Was gushing about his abilities in the 1st half, but then got me wondering if he is one of those Ray Wilkins sideways, sideways, midfielder. Think it was more to do with lack of movement from those up front though
The ball to Dalsgaard in the first half (OK there were a fair few) which set up the Marcondes chance was just brilliant.
...............yes,plays with his head up............Lovely player. A bit of Forshaw about him. Loves the ball at his feet and plays balls you wouldn’t expect. Another youngster we will be dribbling over this season.![]()

............obviously.............So the 5 or 6 passes he pinged forward in the first half you forgot at half time?

Good performance first half. But both him and jds ran out of steam 2nd and we had no one on bench to replace them.
Far better than Forshaw I'm glad to sayLovely player. A bit of Forshaw about him. Loves the ball at his feet and plays balls you wouldn’t expect. Another youngster we will be dribbling over this season.![]()
I feel a bit embarrassed as I was complaining about him at the game yesterday, but reading others comments on here - I certainly missed something.
Thought he looked class, Johnny M pointed out that a few too many lofted, floaty passes when a quick ball needed.
That aside he looked very accomplished on the ball and put tackles in as well.
Assume he will play alongside Noorsgard and JDS will drop to the bench?
Most successful passes in opposition half:
- Filip Krovinovic, West Brom (79)
- Matt Grimes, Swansea (72)
- Romaine Sawyers, West Brom (69)
- Paul Gallagher, Preston (66)
- Mathias Jensen, Brentford (58)
That name sounds familiar, but exactly why escapes me at the moment...Most successful passes in opposition half:

Think they might have run out of options rather than steam?
He's right though. At times when under pressure, we just need to boot the ball long to help relieve that pressure rather than trying to play too much tippy tappy football at the back which often leads to us losing the ball in dangerous areas.Interesting post match interview with him. He said that in the first half 'we weren't clever enough to play the longer passes'.

Steam powered footballers. Is that good for our carbon footprint?
