Michael Kayode
It's a done deal. He's already signed on the line. It US that have the option, not him.I know certain ITK fans say it’s a done deal…..but until he signs on the doted line anything can happen

Good to hear ?It's a done deal. He's already signed on the line. It US that have the option, not him.
Certainly true for the last 3 matchesHe goes off, so does the team or so it seems.
He is truly one of us now. Injured.
Nothing game related. Just went to the floor and called for the physio.Did anyone see what happened to him?
That’s what I thought too. Hopefully nothing serious in terms of injury or perhaps illness.Nothing game related. Just went to the floor and called for the physio.
Hopefully you're right. Hope he's available for Wolves. They were treating him like for cramp. Stretching the leg and pushing the foot up.
Looked like he was pointing to his groinDid anyone see what happened to him?
It’s a reminder that we’ve played without a Premier League level right back for so long we’ve collectively forgotten what that means. He goes off, so does the team or so it seems.
Didn't see any groin-pointing or hamstring-clutching, looked like cramp. He is so exciting to watch - I have NEVER seen a Bees player get taken to the fans' hearts as quickly as he has.
Good rallying RallyingmickMet him Rico KLP after the game.
Asked him if he was ok , Rico spoke for him "hes solid , dont worry about it"
Take what you want from that
Jota?Didn't see any groin-pointing or hamstring-clutching, looked like cramp. He is so exciting to watch - I have NEVER seen a Bees player get taken to the fans' hearts as quickly as he has.
Surprisingly not. Jota signed after the season started and didn’t play full matches for the first few weeks. Even then it wasn’t until the Fulham match before the full love in started.Jota?
fair point. i stand correctedSurprisingly not. Jota signed after the season started and didn’t play full matches for the first few weeks. Even then it wasn’t until the Fulham match before the full love in started.
Jota?
He wouldn’t get in our prem team , much as we all liked himWasn't he just another lazy European who wouldn't bother tracking back?
Then after a few games the tracking back bit became completely irrelevant.
He wouldn’t get in our prem team , much as we all liked him
Then again, maybe Hickey is also on track for Sunday?Ajer is playing in the PDL final tonight.
Surely we wouldn’t play Ajer if there was any risk Kayode wouldn’t be available at the weekend.
Possibly but zero chance Hickey starts. Then again, maybe Hickey is also on track for Sunday?
You forget the rebuilt Hickey!Ajer is playing in the PDL final tonight.
Surely we wouldn’t play Ajer if there was any risk Kayode wouldn’t be available at the weekend.
If Kayode isn’t fit then Rico could start at LB with KLP or Sepp at right back. First time in almost 2 seasons we’re spoilt for choice at full back!Possibly but zero chance Hickey starts.
It’ll be Ajer starting if Kayode is unfit surely ?If Kayode isn’t fit then Rico could start at LB with KLP or Sepp at right back. First time in almost 2 seasons we’re spoilt for choice at full back!
no me niether .I'm sure it is and I'd love to hear it but dear oh dear what a dreadful drone of a voice from whoever it is presenting it. I couldn't listen past
about 2 minutes ?
interesting how some players take two or three seasons (Potter and Daamsgard - now priceless) and others a month or two like Toney and now this young man. It’s unbelievable to me how quickly he has integrated into the team and felt irreplaceable. He’s become integral in no time at all… still only 20
Certainly it is, but I think it is also good to recognize the difference of experience they have had. Damsgaard was a good player who had a moment in the spotlight at Euros, and then immediately had a ton of injuries. Keano had a good season in the championship.interesting how some players take two or three seasons (Potter and Daamsgard - now priceless) and others a month or two like Toney and now this young man.
Or VdB with PinnockIt’ll be Ajer starting if Kayode is unfit surely ?![]()
I’d rather not experiment with playing KLP out of position right now. Ajer would be first choice now if Kayode out.If Michael misses out I'd be somewhat dissappointed if we revert to KA at RB as we have the option to try something different on Sunday.
He offers very little in that role moving forward and has no chemistry with Bryan, so would like to see KL-P deputising with Rico at LB.
Ait-Nouri's a conventional left-footed LWB who plays very high, so Keane's superior skill-set when defending 1 on 1 would tip the b/l for me.I’d rather not experiment with playing KLP out of position right now. Ajer would be first choice now if Kayode out.
If both Kayode and Ajer are out then a half fit Hickey would be better at RB with KLP at LB than a half fit Rico at LB and KLP on a side he hasn’t played since he was at Hull.
I think Kris is better moving forward than he is defending at RB. He has pace and can spot a play. He does struggle against nippy technical wingers though. If Michael misses out I'd be somewhat dissappointed if we revert to KA at RB as we have the option to try something different on Sunday.
