Given the way Hull are dropping down the table I can't see him wanting to play Championship football next year so a summer move could be in the offing!
£825,000.... pay off our debts pls
Linked again to a summer move to Liverpool.
Not sure what our add ons are, but apparently Turner was very close to England call up this week but unfortunatley has a thigh injury and Capello was told before naming his squad. .

Source?
Hull are looking a bit precarious now. If they go down surely another Prem club would be in for him. That would be good for us right?
Despite some stiff competition in this thread - which has been very interesting to read through - this post stood out more than any other.![]()
DK: Who have been your best and worst players this season?
TS: Best Player would be Michael Turner who looks every inch a top defender but Ian Ashbee has, rather improbably, raised his performance levels to the extent whereby he is a key element of the team. However the average armchair fan still finds it appropriate to denigrate him at every opportunity. Ash is the one player I would love to be and that for me is a sign of a true cult hero.
Dean Marney has struggled, and that's me being polite. Marlon King riled me due to his poor attitude.
JA: Best player has been Michael Turner. If we do go down, he surely will be picked up by a Premier League club. As for the worst, Dean Marney has failed to live up to his potential, and salary, for the three years he’s been with us. With Boateng or Ashbee alongside him, he should be a real menace. He isn’t.
TC: Michael Turner has been excellent all season. He’s a top centre half and will definitely move to a bigger club in the summer, regardless of where we finish. Kevin Kilbane was a shocking signing in January, a beacon of our naiviety in the transfer dealings at the turn of the year. Dean Marney has been poor after earning a new contract at the start of the season.
JL: Turner and Ashbee have been our best players, solid and consistent.
JR: Can I have two? Michael Turner has been immense, even if we stay up I don't know if he'll be here next season. The other is Ian Ashbee. Every season he steps up and hasn't looked out of place in the Premier League and nobody has bossed him about this season. In the games he's missed through suspension and injury you can see a massive Ashbee sized hole in middle of the park. Without him there is no leadership.
As for the worst I would have to say Dean Marney. He's got potential but he just doesn't apply himself. I think the Premier League is a step too far for him.
He seems to be turning in to legend status up there, winning 12 trophies this season

He's got to go for big money soon, surely? It's so annoying - like an itch you can't scratch.![]()
I have been doing a relegation dance for Hull for the past 5 months
I have been doing a relegation dance for Hull for the past 5 months but I think he will go at the end of the season irrespective of where they finish
Villa need to replace Martin Laursen and O'Neil loves an Englishman
we should be laughing all the way to the creditors soon (until we get a mini-statement)

Defender Michael Turner has disappointed Liverpool by pledging his future to Hull. (Various)
Hopefully a smart move to get bidders to throw more cash into the transfer fund.

lol he would be a fool if this was to be true. Hull had a woeful end to the season and could very easily be going down next season. Surely if Liverpool F.C offered you a contract, you wouldn't think twice![]()
I quite like the idea of challenging for the title and Champions League but what I really want is to play alongside Anthony Gardener I feel sure that i the likes of Liverpool or Manchester City are really interested in Mr. Turner, then it will be almost impossible for Hull to fend off the interest. It will simply be a case of how much money they can get for him.
I just can't see Hull refusing a bid of somewhere between 5 & 8 million.
i think that hull will accept maybe less than 5 million as if there is an offer from a big club, turner will want to leave and hull can do little to stop him.
as he's contracted to them, for a little longer than 1 year, Turner will have to sit and wait, unless there is an agreed transfer fee in his new contract he signed, which allows him to move on.Michael Turner will be moving on to better things, i hope the fee is huge and that BFC can get at least £750k out of the deal.

and i cannot see Turner turning down a chance to play with one of the big 4 or a team like Man City, splashing the cash to get into at least the top 6.

Michael Turner has decided to stay with Hull.
Why have Hull declined a bid or has Turner turned down the chance of joining Liverpool-Man City or whoever
So they haven't had a bid nor has he spoken to another club YETCheck out ceefax page 338.

IMO £10M will be the minimum that Hull will look to receive when you consider that Brentford & Charlton have 15% each to come their way.
It's Brentford innit so can anyone see this really happening ?![]()
