Got a lot of time for Mr Elder. As Hanworth said that winner versus Bradford was a great memory.

Elder's game relied on decent service into the box. His weakness was receiving the ball outside the box and having to make something of it. With the service (or rather, the the lack thereof) that our forwards endure, big Nath would be less effectual than either GA or CD IMO.

Likewise and I got to sponsor him on Sunday because Ross Montague dropped out through injury (no offence to Ross but I'm chuffed to be sponsoring Nathan- met him a couple of times and he just struck me as a nice bloke).

I saw Rebus at Griffin Park yesterday - He was there for a Board Meeting - I noticed that the BU Reps were all dressed in jeans and casual tops - Benhams Rep was resplendent in a very nice suit, shirt, tie - and very shiny shoes.

Back to topic - The bounty on Rebus is set at 50.00 - To earn this, Rebus must go down and stay down for at least 3 minutes :)

Not only is a great bloke but he gave 100% out there on the pitch for us today which for a professional footballer without a club (he's been released by Hereford) speaks volumes for the guy. I sincerely wish Nathan every possible success and hope he finds a decent club he really deserves it.

Here here, great bloke who always gave his best and really fought for the cause and has the scars to prove it. Wish him the best with his career although its sad that he hasn't established a league career.

Totally agree - really liked Nathan, and hated to see his confidence so destroyed by an awful injury and that ridiculous red card from tw*twell. Hope he does well...

I wish AS would have just bitten the bullet and let NA have a run out at the end of the Luton promotion game, he was getting great support when running the touchlines as a sub.

It showed how well he thought of Brentford FC by playing in the GPG Charity game last season at GP. Not many pro's do that knowing their own career could be on the line and out of contract at the time. One tackle from from one of the oppos 'lumps' could've ruined him!
