New Ticketing Website - Issues

I can get into the main site but cannot get into the ticketing pages on an android tablet or on my phone. Probably down to me as I was able to do so on a laptop. Will troll down to the ground for Watford tickets as I would like to visit the shop for fashion requirements and, anyway, it's about ten weeks since I was last walking down Braemar Road. Presume the loading of STs to existing cards will be road-tested in the next week or so?

Just bought my ticket for the Watford friendly.

The site is not as "user friendly" as the old one but after a bit of pfaffing around I've managed to place an order and have had an email confirmation of my purchase. :beer:

My season ticket details are also up and viewable in my account. Just annoying that you have to re-enter all your friends & family details again.

Less user friendly?! - Christ Brentford, what have you done, the old system was very basic and hardly easy to use.

Who knows, we've just received a grade A marketing bullshit email as an explanation for a service that is worse than its predecessor.

This is the aspect of the transfer that will hurt Brentford financially and also a real pain the arse for supporters. I understand the complexitites involved in going over to a new system and the problems that this entails, but on the minimum requirements list, this should have been scoped in.

It’s mad, and you can’t just enter it once for all linked accounts, each individual must duplicate it for it to work. Pony system.

finally managed to get Watford tickets but its a hell of a palava and nowhere near as easy to use as the old site.......unbelievable if they call this 'progress' !!!

still, at least you can buy tickets now which is an improvement on last week lol lol

Tried with my Samsung phone, and worked ok. I find it odd that when you log in to the site, you go to your own details first and must go to main-page to see what is for sale.

I bought a membership for my dad yesterday and all my F&F details were there so I assume just need to add once.

I checked My Account earlier this morning and find Season Ticket and Family and Friends all there, just by going into My Account then scrolled around site without problems

4 season tickets renewed with no fuss.
Friends and famiy added back in, so much easier as they don't have to add you in return anymore.
4 Watford tickets bought, again no fuss, found my seats exactly where I'd left them.

Only issue is the lack of print at home for the Watford tickets, but i'm not paying the postage so no biggy.

But the previous system gave you the option of booking your favorite seat this does not had to get my season ticket booking details to ensure I got the right seat

Just tried to order Watford ticket in my usual ST seat and it won't let me because someone has already booked a seat two down from it. Won't let me override their automatic suggestion of a different seat. The ones either side of me are also ST holders so I don't want to nick theirs if they decide to go (I dont have contact with them away from Brentford) but I do want to sit in my usual seat... not impressed that I can't choose it.

Email the TO with your request... I'm sure they can fix it through the back door and it's a possible bug fix anyway.

There’s only one way to guarantee access to Match Tickets for those games where we just simply don’t have enough tickets and that’s by collecting Ticket Access Points. Simply collect more by purchasing Match Ticket in advance. If you buy yours more than 5 weeks before the game, you will collect even more.
