I got a similar email from them earlier in the week re the credited amount and was specifically asked to phone them on 0203 7509705. The amount was duly credited from the balance of my 20/21 season ticket, payable on 31/5/20 (which is this Sunday). So you'll have to act quickly, Isleworth, otherwise the amount may stay in your "account"!

Yeah, I was asked to phone them too, but kept getting cut off, so I left my number and they called back.
They said they were going to sort it and reduce the final balance, but apparently it's a bit complicated as there's 3 of us and I'm not the 'named person' on the account..........

I got cut off the first time but successfully got through the second time when it was efficiently sorted.

i think the TO are stitching themselves up re the f**ham and Reading tickets.

They should sort those before the mad rush of 2 different seasons ST refunds start.

Big thumbs up to James Hales in the reservation centre.

He phoned me back within 20 minutes of leaving a message on the answerphone, applied the credit from tickets resold on the exchange to my final ST payment and then send a follow up email to confirm the arrangements.

Excellent service.

Is the Reservation centre open tomorrow. Didnt get a chance to call them today.

I've emailed them but my final payment is due in 2 days so I doubt it will get credited. I don't understand why this hasn't just happened automatically like we were told when we bought ST's.

Bit of a balls up if you ask me.

Also a bit weird that they state they couldnt refund it to our original payment card when for most that wont have changed. :scratch:

They have just replied and said it will be taken care of! Fair play to them whether they read the GPG or not. :D

I had similar excellent service from Rhys in the reservation centre. In response to my e-mail, he sorted out the payments and phoned me to confirm all was ok.

Fulham and Reading tickets will be sorted very soon.

So it appears it was only those who bought their ticket in certain circumstances.

This is the reply BIAS received:

If the supporter paid for their 19/20 season ticket by credit/debit card, their refund has been issued back to the same card.

If the supporter paid for their 19/20 season ticket by any other payment method such as cash, PDQ, BFC instalment plan, Premium Credit Finance, their refund will be issued to their customer account. The supporter can use this credit towards payment of a 20/21 season ticket or future match tickets.

Actually after checking I paid in 3 goes so it looks like that's the BFC Installment plan then but with the debit card. Still surprised that didnt lead to a refund back to the same card though.

Received an email today to say my ST is now fully paid for season 20/21 but no reply to my email of 10 days ago asking when I will get a refund for match tickets purchased on my membership card.

Instead of receiving a cash refund for any remaining home games this season, I’m more than happy to have this money as credit on next season!s season ticket for food and drink at the new stadium. Doesn’t give the club an immediate cash flow issue and will saveFuture cash Outlay for me when we get going again.

As for Fulham and Reading, I want my refund from them pronto.

My ST for 19/20 season was paid by a debit card, which is still current......
Refunds for my Ticket Exchange sales were credited to my Ticketing Account.....
With help from the Reservation Centre, I have successfully arranged for the balance to be offset against next year's ST though. Which has been taken today.

Has anyone had credit refunded to their CC or Debit Card

I paid by credit card, but when I emailed about the credit on my account. I was asked to ring them up for it to be deducted from the balance of my 20/21 ST.

Received an email this morning that my credit of £14.30 (from the sale of one of my Season Ticket games) had been taken as an instalment for next Season’s ST. Two more instalments to be taken in June and July. All seems very efficient.

Final payment was due today but I haven't received an email. Both the other two I stand with did get emails to say payment has been taken. I did contact Lucy in ticket office last week to ask whether any outstanding balance and away ticket costs could be set against final payment for new st but I haven't heard back yet. A new experience for everyone I suppose but presume it will all get sorted eventually.

You want to call the reservations centre about this (or email reservations@), not the ticket office. Silly I know, but I don't make the rules.
