Rob Johnston RIP

My youngest brother Rob tragically passed away yesterday aged just 28.

Known to many on here as Loud and Proud, Rob was often the life and soul of gatherings with the Bees, home and away.

So long lil bruv, missing you loads already mate.

So sad. I'm 28 and I don't plan on going anywhere, but it lets you know that it can happen to anyone at any time so enjoy life to the fullest while you can.

This is awful news.

Anyone dying at 28 is tragic, but Rob was one of the 'Brentford Family', a really likeable bloke, a true character and as loyal as they came not only to the Club and his fellow supporters but to his family which was epitomised whilst spending time with him at Petes recent 40th birthday bash..

Absolutely stunned by this news... our thoughts are with you Pete and your fantastic family.. love to you all mate..

Shocked by this terrible news, my thoughts are with you PJ.

I'm sure a lot of Bees who may not have know Rob personally would have recognised him and his infectious humour, particularly from away trips.

Condelences Pete. I only met Rob once when he kindly sorted me out with a ticket for the sold-out Hinckley game in the FA Cup but I knew him to be Brentford through and through and it was clear he was a great bloke. RIP

Very sad and shocking news.

Rob was very helpful recently to me when preparing research for an interview and we had planned to meet up in Holborn for a beer and a jaw, but never got round to it.

I am stunned by this sad news.

I have enjoyed Rob's company travelling together to away games, meeting up home and away and always he was just a 'great bloke'.

It will be difficult to understand now, but time is a great healer and, of course, you will always retain those fantastic memories of the great times he has given to you (and us all).
