Said it many times: there's a jump in wages between Premiership and Championship and between Championship and Division One. If he's wanted by a Championship side, we can't compete with that.

Yep, well he had better hope he gets a deal with B'ham then obviously Ipswich didn't turn out right somehow. he could have been on a decent wage here better, than he was at his old club, but I guess he was only a 50/50 chance anyway.
