I’ve got a spare adult ticket, block 117
£30, can meet at the ground about 2.15pm as it’s a paper ticket.

I've been on hold with the box office phone for 20 minutes (ive been No2 in the queue this whole Time).. how many people are working on the phones in the office?

It’s just to the left as you look at the away entrance at the bottom of the stairs. I had to do the same last season.

Did a call back with the ticket office, they responded very quickly, and I’m on the print/collect at the stadium list for our 2 tickets.

When no post arrived by 1pm (none this week), went to the local Delivery Office to find that it closes at 10am on Fridays!

There’s going to be quite a party of us at the away ticket office.

Chatting to my Gooner mate this morning, they were surprised we don’t all have digital tickets.

I'm sure if you say you are collecting a ticket then they will understand that they need to let you through. But you never can misunderestimate them I suppose

I still have not received my tickets in the post, anyone had any luck with getting this sorted at the away ground without notifying Brentford? I’ve emailed both the Tottenham and Brentford ticket office now so hopefully someone gets back to me tomorrow morning with good news ??

When did you email the BFC Box Office.

And why bother the Spurs one.....anyone?

Go to the Spurs Away Ticket Box Office (pic above). Explain your situation. (Have your correct name and ID in place). Collect ticket.

I emailed them an hour ago.

Contacted Spurs one to see whether they need any info or verification from Brentford before proceeding?

Will go either way tomorrow and hopefully the Spurs ticket office can sort it out ??

Just turn up at Spurs, tell them your (genuine) issue, and they should be able to resolve it.

Silly question but I believe some of blocks were digital tickets and you would have received an email within the last couple of days with the tickets attached, the only reason I say this as it happened to a friend and the email went into his junk.

If this isn’t the case as Banana has said go to the away ticket office and they will be able to assist, have you got the original email confirming your purchase of the tickets as that should have your seat numbers on if you selected from the seat map.

Make sure you get there early as they could be busy, also there should be stewards from Brentford near the away end entrance who should be able to help.

Tottenham box office replied to my email saying they can’t do anything as it needs to be done through Brentford ☹️

Postmarked last Monday 1st class, by the way, so this isn’t down to the club, it’s due to the dire state of our once-excellent Royal Mail.

...there wasn't an atmosphere...there were just simply kitted out Brentford supporters taking pictures of the golden cockerel the whole game...it was worse than Liverpool...I'm not going back to either grounds.... that's not reactionary... it's the truth...hey ho.

Like I said on another thread hope the singing section at old Trafford is exactly that - too quiet today for me ?

Apart from the goal celebration, the atmosphere was poor from both sets of fans, that Spurs bugle or trumpet player woeful trash.

...mate...there were ST holders next to me today who told me they are targeting only the big clubs away... they'd been supporting us since we gained promotion....I said nothing...they won't be at Millwall in 2026 or 27... should that happen...and I'm glad.... our support away at the top six will never be together.
