Williams: Brentford have weaknesses Crawley Town can exploit

ANTHONY WILLIAMS admits he is a bit of an expert on Brentford after seeing them so many times this season. However, with the Bees visiting the Broadfield on Tuesday night the Crawley Town assistant manager believes he may have found a way to take the sting out of play-off-chasers' tail.
"I've seen them about seven times this season already," Williams admitted. "They are consistent. They are very workman-like, very organised and they have good quality up top and a bit of experience in midfield. But they have got a couple of weaknesses we can exploit. "It is momentum and we have started the run going now. We have a lot of new faces in there and they are starting to gel together."
The Reds go into Tuesday night's match on the back of a 1-0 win at Leyton Orient and Williams believes Crawley recent performances against Orient and Doncaster Rovers show their adaptability.
"You have got to win football matches in different ways, I think every team has to do that," Williams said. "You can't always play one way. The ideal way we want to play is to pass the ball about and move the ball and beat teams by playing very good football – which we know we can do. But [against Leyton Orient], although we have tried to play at times we have had to grind things out. "The last five or six weeks is starting to get their reward now; the football they have played in training has been fantastic. The lads took on board the information we gave them and it's paid off"
