I've had to use the link to get to the tracking page of eg parcel force and then copy most of the tracking number given in the email. I can't remember if you need to remove some of the digits from the start, or end, of the email track number. I think it is just the numerical bit you need.
Thanks. I'll try that and have emailed club shop and told them, the tracking links are not working for anyone. Hopefully they rectify it

I promised to get a scarf for a collector I know, and thought I'd get a few more to decorate various bars around Spain. Something in team colours with the team name in big letters. All clubs do one of them, surely? Apparently not. I told the guy in the shop they were missing a trick, but he didn't even check his bothered pocket.

My collector friend will have to make do with a beanie hat (worn once). He has a 1992 Division 3 Champions scarf (well used) but I suspect it doesn't take pride of place in his display.

Try Amazon? (Old design, I know)

Noticed exactly the same fiasco before the Villa game, and remarked to my lad that dodgy half-and-half scarf merchants can get club scarves knocked up easily enough, but our pathetic club shop can’t even be managed in a way to provide this most basic of fan items.

As another example. Son bought a top on Sunday. Wasn't until we arrived at the station that he checked the receipt to find they had overcharged by £8.20 by scanning the wrong barcode...son thinks they scanned a tag under the counter rather than the one on the shirt.

Back to shop for refund. Realised when I checked CC that they refunded £8 rather than £8.20...not worth worrying about.

Shouldn't laugh, but this really isn't good.

"Celebrate our new signing and use the code ERIKSEN for free Away shirt personalisation worth £12."

Could/should they will honour this if you take an away shirt into the club shop? Or is it just to get more yellow tops out of the door?

I'm just so hesitant to get a shirt with a name on it, especially since he has only a six month contract.

I read somewhere, can't find it, they won't print on shirts that aren't bought directly there and then - they said it was do with hygiene, but I'm not so sure...

Same question here.
Have an away shirt, bought pre-season, and would consider using the free printing deal if it was available.

Yeah, same with tailors. Won't repair anything without it being dry-cleaned first. So you could ask the shop if they will print on a freshly dry-cleaned shirt?

Never been a problem previously

I’ve been looking to purchase some Brentford gear for my newborn but the online shop has a really limited range and nothing in stripes or even red.

There’s an away kit sleepsuit for £15 (!) but the photo really doesn’t make it appealing!

Can anyone recommend any other third party stores that might be able to help?

They had literally nothing for 0-5 year olds up until very recently :nono:

Took my lad in to get his current shirt printed before the game yesterday. As he was wearing said shirt we were told this wasn’t possible. Covid rules. But if we were to arrive with said shirt in a bag it could be done.

Who knew a bag was the simple saviour of all things covid. Wonder if the superstore manager has been on the phone to prof Witty.

I don’t think it was unreasonable of them to request this but as ever, the shop clarifying this prior would save both parties time and effort.

Yes it’s not a great selection at all which is disappointing.
Still nothing really for 2-5. A few baby items up to 2 and then some smaller junior bits that are 5/6. Finally was able to get the 4/5 year infant home kit for my daughter but that's the only thing I'm aware of in those sizes.

Bees Superstore

Its a shame they do not offer 24 Hour delivery online.
I wanted to purchase over 100 quids worth of clothing but needed it tomorrow....

Bees Superstore

I know a few people have asked about baby clothing.. They now have a range ??
The away kit as a baby grow (and a very pale yellow) seems a strange choice.. But there's few other bits now.
Most of it looks pretty good, I'd advise checking the quality in store before ordering online if you're picky with what little one wears / buying a size up to get more wear out of it.

I bought the Baby Teddy Wrap blanket for my now 5 day old granddaughter. Baby Teddy Wrap Blanket

I shall report back on its quality.

Found it on Saturday! Thought it was by the Fountain leisure centre along Chiswick high road past the away end but it’s actually out the back of the north west corner of the ground about 200 yards away towards that on the edge of that motorway fyi. Very premier league looking and very busy. I guess that’s good. Got out of there only £10 lighter and bumped into a couple of old mates so worth a visit.

Anyone knows if the 3th kit will be back in stock before the end of this season?

Doubt it they’ll be trying to get rid of what we’ve got before the end of the season before releasing a new one next season they had a handful in the shop yesterday when I went give them a bell

Bit of a shame, I really like the white kit. I think the red trim makes them look great.

It’s a great kit but I can’t see them keeping white for a third season seeing as we aren’t having a new home kit.

BFC online clubshop doesn’t seem to have the home shirt for “juniors”, only infants up to age 6. Is there anywhere else that sells it or is that treacherous? Asking for a birthday boy. Cheers

That is brilliant. Reminds me of a package received from the mail room at work probably 25 years ago. Stamped on the package was 'photographs do not bend'. The neatly folded package had - 'oh yes they do' pencilled on it.
I remember hearing that from a stand up comedian, probably more than 25 years ago.

Is there a new away / third kit thread yet..? We expecting both , I’d assume so.

Apparently, they are looking into the possibility of providing first team shirts without sponsor logos on, which they do at West ham
Can't be that hard to look into, just don't stick it on ?‍♂️

Would make the shirt 10x better.
Shame there is no black detailing on ours.
Long sleeve too I hope ;)

They’d need to calculate the loss of revenue from the shirt sponsors, then decide if they could absorb the loss.
