Absolutely love the fact that we all know the ‘Open’ sign in the window was a very carefully thought out provocation, and that if you took a half a day off work during the week to go there then you’d find the door firmly locked and the lights off. Turn to your left, look up to the office and you’d see Winnie with a mug of tea in her hand, slowly shaking her head at you, cackling, then turning around and wandering off ?

The new "drill" clothing theyve just released looks terrible, even on good looking chaps like schade and hickey. Imagine how bad it will look on the average bees fan. Bloody xpensive too.

Does have castle badge however

Couldn't agree more! Umbro have released some garbage this season. Up there with the tattoo shirts and trying to charge £60 for them!

Not necessarily the Superstore, but pretty crap service / communication recently - i bought my son a personalised shirt for his birthday (which is today) on 6th March, said it will despatch in 2-4 days.
I emailed thursday explaining it was for his birthday today and was told it was being sent out friday so loads of time.
Yesterday, no sign of it so emailed again to be told it was being delivered today, i looked at DHL tracking and it said it had been loaded on the van at 9.00 this morning but out for delivery 15 MARCH!!!.
then i get another text from DHL saying it will be delivered today between 11.00 and 12.00 - went into work specifically to pick it up and nothing to be seen.
I have called the shop to cancel the order.

Pretty Poor especially with the high cost of postage on the items.

When I was over there recently I purchased among other items a yellow GK top - I was told I could put any name and number on it for free….I said ‘no thanks’.

They were very persistent so I relented and said okay, please put the number one on it.

They said ‘sorry, we don’t have any ones (and a bunch of letters) left…!’ ?‍♂️?

I left without a number on it… £200 spend but it’s the little things that stick in the mind ?

You should 've asked them to give you Raya's. He's not gonna need it!

maybe as the number style is changing this year they are running down stock and the number 1 being the most popular was first to go. the free naming on the shirt could be linked to shifting the stock too?

This was back in May just after the last home game - honestly it was bizarre, they insisted on providing me my 'free name and number' upgrade but could deliver on it. I don't think the number 1 was the only number missing either!!!!

There were loads of numbers and letters missing towards the end of the season.

It was, spoke to someone in there a couple of months from the end of season and that's what they said.

I've just bought a new motor, so I popped in to the Superstore hoping to find a suitable car sticker
for the back window. After a while of searching, the shop only had ONE with
"we're just a bus stop in Hounslow"
I ain't putting that on my car, no way.
Surely the shop should be selling BRENTFLORD FC stickers!!

Mate, the lack of stock is just weird.

Its like they don't want to sell things to us.

Any reason why they haven't moved the store to the commercial space under the flats around the Hospitality/South stand entrance. As you walk from the A205 along Lionel Road South (Marsden House) Looks perfect to me and would have way more foot fall.

The reason is it is in a much better position for match days.

If the store was where you want it then it where there is already very, very, very crowded area pre and post match

So we were never meant to have a shop but then decided we needed one then run it like this seems stupid, it’s got the potential to be an absolute goldmine if they got there act together particularly online

Took my car into Kia for a recall at 9:00 this morning. Walked next door to the superstore, thinking I would be the sole customer. Must have been 10-12 other people in there, all kitting out themselves and family with personalised shirts. I was prevented from making any purchases by the cost of the merchandise. Shame cos there’s some lovely stuff in there. Briefly considered investing in a set of four slate drinks mats (that’s DRINKS MATS, before anyone tries the obvious joke) but thought better of it.

Sorry I know this is elsewhere but where is the form to get the £5 voucher for season ticket holders if it didn’t come through? I got one but my son didn’t.

Apologies for being unclear. All season ticket holders should have been emailed a £5 voucher for the club shop as a partial subsidy to the increased shirt costs. I got mine but my son didn’t get his.

For avoidance of doubt, I’ve not had my tickets through yet.

When did you get the voucher? Right after purchase or later?

Found it - go to £5 voucher faq and there is a form to complete - FAQs and scroll down to £5 voucher.

voucher was included in the kit launch email titled “it’s here! Brentford fc 2023-25 home kit”
