Not a superstore issue I know but Umbro have pulled EVERY bit of stock of ours inc sale items from their website and when I questioned them about it all I got was a we don’t know why but buy from the club shop…..

Could it be an announcement on Monday, 1 July, of a new kit supplier?

I thought our contract with them was until the end of this season (24/25). Indeed the home shirt was marketed as a "two-season" shirt and hasn't been discounted in the club shop which would suggest we are still with them. Isn't the more likely explanation that Umbro are getting our bit of their site ready for the launch of the new away and third kits?

I get that however why not keep the home available to buy then ? It’s not just full price stock it is whatever was on sale as well has been pulled….it could be that Castore are taking over our distribution etc however that’s a question for the club to answer

I hardly ever buy anything from the club shop, so apologies for this potentially daft question.

Is it normal behaviour for the home kit in infants sizes to be sold out, with one full season remaining before it’s replaced?

Get the next size up and see if you grow into it.

The few times I have visited the shop I have left empty handed I’ve found the Sizing to small, you need at least the next size above and some cases two sizes above and I found the quality of a lot of of the merchandise left a little to be desired. Far inferior to when I worked in the shop in the 90’s and 2000’s

Mass produced junk some of it and the sizing is all over the place.
One shirt i was XXL where another i was XL and the L was snug.
Really showed off my six pack.
No idea on shorts anymore.

I have found same issue regarding size and glad to read your message as I had worried that I had put on too much timber and was suddenly 2 sizes bigger than before Christmas

Still card only.
As of yesterday.

Not sure why they don't take cash as I'm sure it wouldn't be a major inconvenience to the club to handle cash from purchases.

Parking not an issue for my car and I have a large one.

Found this out last season or the season before cant remember which but I won on the fruity machine at heston services, enough to buy a shirt. Went to the club shop, queued up, go to the till, went to pay and was told card only. I knew the stadium was card only, but didn't think the shop would be.

I think that consumers should have the right of choice on how to pay.
Retailers should offer a 'cash' back up to support vulnerable groups.
As detailed above, it helps these groups to control and manage their spending.
The above should also be considered in the stadium.
I am unsure whether Bees Utd or Bias have already discussed the subject with the football club?

not sure if parking is free anymore or what's going . I've been parking there for months but recently some dodgy men have taken over the car park. they blocked my car in and refused to move it until I gave them £100 cash - this was around a month ago . They have put cones out and said they bought the unit for film production ... but now seem to have disappeared? anyone know what's going on there?

That’s the warehouse/units parking,I was talking about on the actual shops land.

Only womens shirt available to buy and only 2 sizes left.

It was only released at the weekend.

was plenty on show in the shop yesterday pal, someone else asked about another shirt and staff said will be online this week........ maybe the same for keeper?

Just called the store.

They have stock but the online side of things, don’t. Most have sold out already.

Annoying that the two are separate.

Can’t get to the store in the week and on match days it’s rammed in there. Queuing up through the shop so you can’t really take a look around. Chaos.

Returns go back to the superstore. So why can't they pick up a shirt off the rack and pop it in the post?

Got the KLM blue shirt, wore it once for the Southampton game and the bloody badge is already peeling away.
