Brentford to open new club store | Brentford FC

Brentford's new store, The Hive Superstore, will be officially opened at 10am on Friday 25 July by club ambassadors Marcus Gayle and Karleigh Osborne, alongside Brentford Women's Ashley Cheatley. The new 2025/26 Joma away kit will be available to purchase.

The building is next to the tower block, that the team coaches park up against, so probably where the map locates…

I've also heard rumours that Brentford Football Club - Official Online Shop will also only be open on matchdays.

However, if you're in the new Hive Superstore on a non-matchday, you're in luck! One of the features they neglected to mention on the OS is that you can scan a QR code at the new upgraded tills to access the website to purchase any goods available online including free personalised training wear*.

* Smartphone required. Wi-Fi access not guaranteed. Free personalised training wear requires 3 x Government certified proofs of identity that your name is Joma. Click & collect not available. Allergy warning - may contain nuts.

Not the superstore but club merchandise related... And I don't think I will be thanked for putting it in the Joma thread for new kit discussion.

The 22-24 away kit has been spotted in the wild in Sports Direct in Birmingham. No price info but I wonder how on earth they think they are going to flog these to the locals!

Has anybody in the last couple of weeks, just rocked up to the club shop and bought a new shirt and had name and number put on?
Need to get a shirt for my brother

Not sure i want to risk doing it online.

Are you asking if they will print name and numbers on shirt at the shop? If so yes, but prob worth doing it on a non-match day as the old shop got busy.

I have bought a shirt for my son, got the premier league patch done on the day but have delayed getting name/number until the squad number allocation is finalised and the window shuts. They are happy to add it at a later date.

Went to the new store yesterday. It is pretty nice, well laid out etc. As others have said, new kits look good/better in the flesh. One minor gripe: the reason for going was to work out which sized shirt my son would need (birthday coming up), but there are no changing rooms. So you either try something on on the shop floor (obviously not ideal) or cross your fingers that the sizing is right (we did the former).

What was the result of your research, comparing to Umbro?

Probably pretty similar sizing for my son, although quite difficult to compare directly because he's grown in the last year! He's 12 and preferred the 13-14 sizing (although the 11-12 looked ok).

Re: the new shop by the co-op. Someone probably wants to think about moving the barriers at the shop entrance before the game ends as it’s going to cause bottlenecking issues for those keeping left for the station

Does anybody have a contact in the store other than the number no one picks up on?

My mum ordered my son the full GK for his birthday 4 weeks ago and nothing came. 2 weeks passed his birthday shes sent emails tried calling. £90 gone she is not a happy bunny.

Hoping someone has a contact

After midday you can park for free on Strand- On-The-Green by the river. Have a quick pint in The Steam Packet or one of the other 3 pubs. Maybe lunch even!

I don’t think the store handles online orders, that’s a different operation which I assume is run by a third party - not much use I know.

I ordered some bits online and they turned up within a couple of days, unpackaged and with all of the tags pulled out which I found quite odd.

Lunch and a few pints would have been class............................ Except i had the twins with me so it was fruit shoots and wotsits from the Coop. Sigh ;)

Its in the perfect location as well with the train stairs just outside, i expect it will attract a lot of fans on match days.

Went to the new Superstore this morning as my 9 year wanted the new away top. Very nice indeed and larger than the existing one. Only a 2 min walk. Parking is a pain. The older store only opens now on match days. Daughter loves the new away top ?

The third kit looks sh*t mind you.

Took my 2 year-old in for the home kit, no surprise she picked the pink goalie kit. Really nice and a huge upgrade on the previous one.

Do what i did on Saturday morning or a non-matchday, park near the other megastore and walk up! The man in the shop said its fine as he parks there on non-matchdays!

Only thing i did notice the website so knew the other one was closed. But anyone approaching that store there is no signage to say visit the other store. Google listing also has it open every day.

Recieved an email last week with a code for 25% off kits - black friday offer.
Gone to use it today and it doesn't work. Called up and they say it expired yesterday. It's pathetic, how can you send an email with a discount code for black friday and have it expire before black friday! No mention of it expiring on the email, just that it's subject to t&cs. Click the t&cs link on the email and no mention of it expiring.

Probably want something left to sell tomorrow, or quota at the reduced price completed.

Ordered 5 items online for Xmas on 10th Nov still not arrived. Contacted club and they are speaking to the logistics provider to find the order but no idea where it is or if I’ll even receive it. Twice ordered online and twice this has happened. Won’t be bothering again.
