I can see some sense in this. From wikipedia;

I do find it a bit strange that the Development Squad has received so little coverage this season. Although the games are reported on the website, the programme has hardly made a mention of either the games or the players involved.

I can probably understand why the players, reportedly on professional contracts, have never been mentioned anywhere but the club goes to great lengths to ensure that games are played behind closed doors, etc. And yet last week, the website was 'advertising' the youth team game at Jersey Road and encouraging supporters to go along and watch.

I know it's been mentioned on here before that perahps the management don't want people seeing what's going on, but I don't really understand why it differs from reserve team football in that respect?
