Good work from Odoi to duck under the ball to allow Alli to nod in the equaliser.
He’s a liability, glad they didn’t get rid of him
Wasn’t he sent off at GP last season for 2 ridiculous fouls?

When they went up I thought they’ve got plenty of quality, they’ll stay up easily. Then they spent £100m in the summer and I thought it could be some time before they come back down.
The start gave us hope but when Ranieri was appointed I thought ‘rats’ he’ll probably get them out of.
However they’re really in the sh*t now and they seem to have a losing mentality. I’m starting to genuinely believe.
That's the first time that I've ever cheered a Spurs goal!

If they'd stuck with essentially the team that got them promoted and added 2 or 3 good new players, then they could have been fine. Instead, they brought too many new faces in, kept changing formation and couldn't work out their strongest team, all whilst leaking goals and losing matches. They've got great assets from their promotion squad in Cairney and Sessegnon, but can't seem to decide whether they should be played in more attacking or defensive roles, which is ruining their confidence. It's an unexpected and frankly hilarious mess.
There is no way that they should be in the position that they're in, them and Wolves were fairly close on ability by the end of last season (although obviously Wolves were higher). All it required was a few additions, and maybe make some of the loanees permanent.
It then turned out that defensively they were a mess, maybe that caught them off guard. They were so attacking last year that maybe it was a flaw that they didn't realise they had. Once they came up against better teams it seemed to expose that very quickly. They were then caught between keeping their attacking intent up, vs shoring up at the back. But this meant therefore relying on their weak point to make them stronger. They just couldn't do it seemingly, and only got a couple of wins against teams who wouldn't look out of place in the Championship.
Out goes Jokanovic (who always seemed at war with the club anyway), and in comes Ranieri...however this seemed a strange one. Yes he has a lot of pedigree now, however he has rarely been seen as a manager who can inspire a set of players to perform well when they're struggling. That's just not his strength and he's often struggled when in that position (he was the manager of Greece before Leicester). Ranieri was very risky IMO, and just doesn't seem to be showing enough to be working. They look more likely to draw games than they did before though...
It would be a stupid relegation IMO, they shouldn't be in this position if they'd acted relatively shrewdly. It's possible they tried to run before they walked, and signed good attacking players without addressing the team balance by assuming they were better balanced than they were. Their loss but if they come down, they'll have one hell of a financial situation to deal with. You only get parachute payments for one season if you go down on the first attempt...Year one in the Championship would be huge for them.

Wouldn't mind Mitrovic as replacement for NM.The great part is - they would have made most of those signings with clear relegation clauses in them - imagine Mitro/Schurle/Serri/Babel will be able to walk away for small fees when/if they get relegated.

Thought parachute payments were 2 years if relegated after one season. 3 years if relegated after more than 1 up.
