Never! It’s common round our way to buy tickets on 6-9 October, for a football match taking place during half term on 28 October, and then book a last minute family holiday meaning you now can’t make it.

Amazing how the option of returning tickets to the club is rarely explored, despite reports on here that the ticket office are generally quite accommodating in issuing refunds, particularly for sold out games.

.... you'd also be surprised about how many supporters couldn't care less about so called 'TAP harvesting'.....seems only the dick swinging TAP 'junkies' do🙄

Members building up TAPs for the opportunity to be invited for season tickets certainly do. However, existing season ticket holders buy up in demand games, whether they can go or not. If the Member wants to attend, they have to buy peer-to-peer and not get the TAPs that should rightfully be theirs.

....I am soooooo aware of this you would not believe....but as a member with 2000+ TAPs.... they mean absolutely nothing to me now.... worthless.

The inaugural 'TAPs Harvest Festival' will take place on 28th October, 2025 and will be held annually on the same date thereafter.

Events will include (but not limited to):
  • Barrow ticket stub holders will be presented with a specially designed display case to preserve their precious heirloom for generations to come
  • Top 10 Legacy TAPs holder dick swinging contest (invite only)
  • Q&A session with those that witnessed first hand the pre-TAP era carnage of Southampton 2005

A free drink was mentioned as an inducement to travel: “ Free drinks voucher to use at Blundell Park as a thank you for your support“. I didn’t get a voucher sent to me with the ticket. Where can the voucher be picked up?

Yes think I might tomorrow, leaving it until Monday like the email said seems very late in the day.

Emailed this morning, no response. Called and hung on for 10 minutes (number 1 in queue), no answer.

Used Whats App and they say wait until Monday and then report it (again) and they'll contact Grimsby and we will have to collect from there.

Why are these things so bleeding difficult?

Still looking pretty dodgy for me to realistically get away early and make this work post-work next week...those people who were after my ticket - you still need it?
If so I can probably handover before the Liverpool game about 19:30 (say around the front of the ticket office or at the top of the stairs up from the station exit on Lionel Rd South).

I think it would be easier to list the users who've never given a ticket to someone else! As I imagine 90% of the board probably has at some point.

How did you know you were number 1 in the queue. We've been told that this information is no longer provided as it's misleading.

Presently in Aberdeen but now able to leave on Tuesday instead of Wednesday.

I took the Luvly Lorna to Crewe v Bees on our way to Gretna Green to get married then Millwall v Bees
For our honeymoon on the way home.

If anybody has 2 tickets for Tuesday night at Grimsby I will take her there as an anniversary present.

Right then, still no tickets (surprise surprise), no response to Whats App message, no response on the telephones (and the message saying I'm number one in the queue still there). This really is a shower of sh*t for a game that's happening tomorrow night with trains and hotel booked but no way of knowing whether we're able to get into the f***ing match itself.

Was not expecting to see this game so a visit to Sports Direct an hour ago saw 2 very warm full length
Coats purchased to ward off the Grimsby weather.

Tonight we stay in Gretna Green, in the same hotel and same room we stayed in after

We seem to get one delivery a week these days. Nothing ever on a Monday Friday or Saturday just a token mass delivery midweek of bills and statements.
