I wonder if the injury he sustained in preseason was linked to the one he suffered at Brugges shortly after his transfer was announced. If it was it seems like the decision to buy him days after the transfer window shut rather than before has been a really poor one.

By the time he returns from this latest setback he may have only made one start in the year since we bought him! For our most expensive player ever, that's a disastrous return.
