Never quite lived up to the Millwall game, no doubt a huge talent but a lot to learn still, can't see him cutting it in the Championship just yet.
I think he could
I wonder if this seemingly ongoing "will he stay will he go" scenario has not allowed him to settle.
I think Spurs have bee trying to get him up the leagues and it hasn't worked out for them
......................maybe Crystal Palace would take/suit him?...............................

 Newsbot got there first............
Redknapp SLAMS Bostock's attitude![]()

cant quite see what he did in the home games since Milwall apart from a shot against Carlisle and some fancy flicks , more often than not he either lost the ball or looked fairly dis interested, wonder why he didnt get on the last few games![]()
He sounded a special player in the Millwall game (I wasn't at that game) and I was looking forward to seeing him. I probably got my hopes up too high and I had expected more from him. I wouldn't go as far as saying he wasn't up to it though.
Whilst he hasn't quite reached the heights of Millwall, and has never quite done it away from home, he has been involved in almost all our goals at Griffin Park since he got here - look through them.
Interesting stuff from Redknapp, I would have kept him in the Brentford team and squad as long as possible but can understand why Scott is looking elsewhere.
Redknapp also needs to look closer to home. Spurs have spent lots on him, furnished him with, presumably, a large contract and invested in aspects of his personal development, media training etc, they need to do what they can for him.
A lot of it is down to the player but a manager has a role to play here.
supreme talent, going all the way.....
However, someone I know who works within the Chelsea set up told me to check out his thighs!! He said they were too big already and he is only 18 and that it will cause him problems ????????
.
In fairness to Hanworthbee, if you didn't see the Millwall game you probably would wonder what all the fuss was about.

if this isnt a joke then:mad1:
most ridiculous post ever by someone who clearly knows nothing about football, has never seen bostock play and probably isn't a bees fan.
John Barnes did ok with his pair of tree trunks.

He has the tealent to go right to the top, but to do that you also have to have the right attitude to all conditons put in front of you. Imho he actually performed well in many of the games, but because he isn't one to be running around chasing a ball or having to win a tackle with his 2nd touch he maybe didn't look the sort of player we are used to at our level. He also often had 2 players getting close to him because if his close control which opened up space for others around him. Unfortunatley these things go unnoticed by many who only see the open spaces and not how they were created. What happens off the ball is often as an important as what happens with it.
I suspect he will now go to a Championship club and showcase his talents more.
I would have loved to see him play at GP with the lad who has just signed on loan for MK Dons after being on loan at Orient. Still think they will both be Prem players at 20.
Andros Townsend? Best player on the pitch that day.
