But of course historically black people have been LESS equal than the rest, and as the balance of equality is redressed expect it to swing the other way (or at least seem to) for a time as it settles down. i highlighted the bit where Poyet said that Suarez needed to understand that such words couldn't be used in the same way here. and if you missed at the end, i said it's likely to be reduced to 4 games, which i think is the common sense aspect.

I have just read the report and it's about 100 pages and in forensic detail.

It is a very impressive and fair and well thought through document but it still comes back to the fact that Evra was a more credible and consistent witness than Suarez.

agree it is very thorough and quite fascinating in parts. my impression of the FA has improved slightly having read it.
