Maybe they want him to be in charge on Sat so if it goes tits up and with the crowd chanting Scott out. It makes it a lot easier and gives then an excuse to say bye bye

Offer the job to Chris Hughton and if he wants it and we can afford it, then we have a realistic long term future aim and immediate prospects of a recovery before it is too late.

It'll happen, IMO, when there is a replacement ready to step in and all parties have agreed compensation etc.

No. He ain't coming back!! You should know that! It'll be Coppell or PaulUSA as interim manager until the interview process has been organised, set up, taken place and the job offered. I'm hoping PaulUSA gets the job, the team will all be over 35!!!!!

Something like that anyway - Why do the board think the next 7 games are going to be any better than the last 7?

I would welcome MA back, but not just for the rest of the season. I want someone to come in so they can see the playing staff and decide who they want to keep so come the start of next season we hit the ground running.

My point is he obviously isn't ITK because it was a load of b***ocks. No board meeting, no sacking, so the source is pretty useless.

I have always been a staunch MA supporter and would love to see him back today. We need a new man who can connect with the fans and not someone who struts along the touchline in a smart suit and barely acknowledges the fans who pay his wages.

If MA is not to be, then Gary Johnson could be the man,he was on Soccer AM last week and states how would love to get back into the game as quickly as he can. Gary seems a good approachable man with a great record at this level.
I would love the idea of Chris Hughton, a London boy and ex Bee, but, after managing the third best supported team in the land,I cannot see that as realistic.
