Dozed off and woke up halfway through it last night. I'm pretty useless with technology. How can I access it on i player? Incidentally, there was a good article in Mondays Daily Mail as well.Things must be looking up, They dont normally mention anything below the Prem.

What amazed me was when he said he was at Watford at the SAME time as

They all managed Watford when MW was the Academy Manager. They weren't junior footballers there. If I've read your post correctly!

Did anyone else think it was weird when they came back to the studio from the Watford feature and she asked Warbs if the fans sing to him in English? Did she doze off for a moment and think he was Uwe?

Was that not talking about Watford fans and their players/managers? It was late and I was dozing intermittently.

Saw him punch the air last night, first time seen almost a glimpse of such stuff at GP. Also saw him at the pub last night with MB and 'Big Frank '

That's two of you now spotting 'names' in the Griffin, but no one else noticed. I reckon 'Hobbsy' is actually Matthew Benham and 'lishabee' is MW...... FACT :suspect:

Apologies if this has already been covered in this thread, but there can't be many other managers who have got their side promoted in their very first season in management?? (*if we get promoted, that is...)

Just listened to his comments after the Crawley game. If he inspires the players even half as much as he inspired me, we won't just go up, we will do so as champions and take the Championship by storm!! Very clear, single-minded and target-oriented, with a very strong commitment to the welfare of his players! Good stuff! :sorted:

Ron Noades got us promoted from League 2, in what was his first and only season as a manager. One season wonder!

Not quite on topic but should we get promoted his cause will be helped for first couple of seasons still being at griffin park because championship teams won't fancy going there and will be worth many points a season to us. At lionel road we'll lose that advantage (emirates versus highbury scenario). Gives us chance to consolidate in championship.

If us and Wolves both win last 3 games, Wolves would end up winning title, BUT Warb's points per game would be 2.29, Jackett's would be 2.28..........

The fact his team is favourite and were expected to win the league at a canter is probably why he won't.
Pains me to say, but I think either Slade at Orient, and Evans at Rotherham will probably be more favoured as they are teams not expected to have done well and they have (unfortunately)...

The ONLY aspect of Breadmans management I don't like is the players diving for penalties or positional gain (believe we picked up a booking for this yesterday) but I suppose it comes from his City background of "win at all costs"

Judge has been doing it for ages, done Jake B last season got pen for Notts County.
Harry F used to do it as well, while everyone does it why should we differ?

By the way, it wasn't but about a month ago that MW predicted that 90 points would be enough for promotion. How accurate can you be.

Of course we all debated how wrong he as at the time, but it just goes to show he knows what he's doing.

I don t like managers wearing suits. Ffs it should be a tracksuit. The rest is good.

I d like judge to do it a bit better though.points for style are low.
