Its the same on all media channels. If you watch the irritatingly banal Sky Transfer Show it is in reality about transfers amongst the top 6 clubs and one liners for all the rest.

Shearer's a total waste of space as a pundit INHO. After all this time, he still struggles to string a few words together without repeating the last 2 or 3 words that he's said and/or umming and aahing.

The Arsenal game doesn't really count as Friday games are pretty much always last. Putting the Palace game last was uncontroversial. Yesterday's could have been a tossup with a couple of others, but we haven't got major grounds for complaint just yet.
I'm not bothered in terms of the actual highlights but would be interested in a bit more analysis. Yesterday's focus on Toney was a bit predictable and superficial.

Yeah, quite happy getting an unglamorous win v Brighton, nicking 0-1 at Wolves to have them seriously questioning xG but both games on last. Then hammering Liverpool to be the featured game!

I think we’ve been spoiled by being often the featured game in the Quest highlights show for the last 2 seasons and it being presented by someone who thinks we’re brilliant. We forget that before that we didn’t get a lot of coverage on there either as they were obsessed with Leeds and the usual yoyo clubs. And that not a lot before that when in L1 and 2 we’d often be late on there too. We’ll need to wait a while to start being a big MOTD draw on a regular basis!

I think you're right Edmundo. MOTD is certainly not shown here in New Zealand. But we do get all the full games and they are available for replay too. Not sure how long they keep them but the full Arsenal game is still there on the Spark Sports internet site.

What is all the fuss about, I reckon if I wasn’t a Bees fan I’d have expected it to be the last game 1-1, no controversial pens, no sendings offs, no outstanding incidents?

I’m very happy with the media coverage we are getting these days. The issue that would have been interesting to see a deep dive on was the Vitaly challenge on the keeper and whether it needs reviewing if indeed the contact with the ball was outside of the penalty area.
