Im not a troll and I love the club and have been going for 48 years and when we lose it hurts just as much as you. I dont think things are not as perfect as you say at the moment, I believe we will stay up but it will be close. You say I dont like the style, I love the style when we have the players to play it. I dont think the squad is as good as you think it is, thats just my view and have nothing against you and your views and many on here. But I hate be singled out because I dont agree with your views and most of the mods views. Everything I say on here I would say to your face. Im not a fan of Dofs and I do believe we have slowly got worse over the last three years. I believe they have done excellent getting 11 million plus for those three players and that is where I think they are really good. But I admit I go on to much about them and a lack of a older Striker. Not all loans cost millions of pounds, I certainly dont agree with that, but I do feel with the injuries we have a couple may of helped in recent weeks and they dont have to be from the Ptemiership. I have breaks where I leave the site alone, this seems a perfect time for this. Ive had enough of the stick I get on here by the keyboard warriors for now, most of which I deserve. Apologies to you.
Sorry Magic I'm with Mr Pipe.

I bet Harlee is enjoying playing for Harry, he was so looking forward to it, still another £1.75 Mill in Harry's, I mean Rovers account.

Only cost me seven quid to get in. No queues, plenty of room, easy to get served in the Nelson pre-match. Proper retro-feel to the evening with entertainment on a par with the Leroy or Butcher eras.

Good to see only the proper BFC old school at the game last night and none of the new Brentford. If only the Oak was still there I could have been 12 again.

We are playing Bolton on Saturday not Leeds.

Let me tell you why we conceeded that penalty on Saturday; that geezer had my seat . . . . . . . . . .

Should have turfed him out. We'd have backed you up........from a safe distance.

Just watching Donny Rovers v Rotherham on Sky sports and its making me realise just how far we have come. The Sky commentator said that Rotherham's budget was the same as Huddersfield's last season. If that is the case it is clear just how well our Club is organised from top to bottom.

Remember Rotherham came up with us and Wolves, and I don't really even want to think about Donny during the previous campaign. We are different class now. When you see how we play today, look at the players we have signed .... Full internationals playing for the Bees today.... Well I just think its all a dream ! What a time to follow the Bees.

I was always so envious of older people I knew who followed the Bees through the Glory years of First Division success . I came in during Francis and Towers and that was as good as it got for me, but now we have a serious chance of getting back to those dizzy heights, maybe in my lifetime. But then I guess I will just wake up in a minute. Doh !

Where did you go Moon on the square in Feltham

Oi littlest hobo, I stood in the forecourt with Sheerwater, Horsham, Fencer, GP 200, 8 Corner, Kettering and other veterans before the game and that was the most entertaining part of the evening.

Kings Arms looked nice last night.
I was invited in for a preview before the grand opening.
The place has been refurbished from top to bottom.
New dining area and bar etc. Looked decent, all ready for the Fulham game.
The Kings Arms is Brentford's, early doors!!

Glad to see the Marketing team included in the blame for last nights fiasco!!

Yes we cocked up in the last 4 minutes but prior to that had played some decent attacking football even Sky commented about how good our football was but that we can and have played better which should worry the teams above us.

Yes we have dropped far to many points but as soon as we lose or draw it is gloom gloom and more gloom with people looking for someone to blame. It is a collective game where all parts of the team need to perform together, last night at the end the cogs didn’t mesh.

I still firmly believe that our football is a joy to watch, I am proud that the club is held up as an example to others and that the style of our football is regarded as one of the best in the division.

Yes everything is not perfect, it never will be, however demanding managerial changes or wholesale team changes is not the answer, we have got to where we are by having specific ethos and values, long may it continue

I am proud of my club I don’t join in with the jibes at our Marketing team as I don’t have sufficient knowledge of what is spent and what they are instructed to produce ( something that is pretty intangible in most companies) however they are part and parcel of the club I support.

In my 60 plus years I have seen some absolute dross and watched various Donkeys play in the red and white. In the past few years it has been a revelation if not a revolution and the club today both on and off the field is light years away from what it was just a few short years ago.

It is easy to get worked up over the here and now but look back where we have come from and then look ahead to the future at a brand new stadium where we can all enjoy watching an entertaining brand of football.

We are an established Championship club using a business model that enables us to perform at a far higher level than our income justifies, yes things don’t always go to plan but by Christ it is a fantastic journey. The old adage of not throwing out the baby with the bath water springs to mind. What we have is damn good, yes it can be better and slowly it will be so we just need a little patience at times and see the overall picture not just a snap shot in time

Keep the faith we have a talented squad of players, a good management team a new ground on the horizon plus an owner who believes in the club and has ambitions for it. Overall in my opinion we should be optimistic as there are exciting times ahead and who knows we could all look back come season end and accept that a point last night was what got us into a playoff position !!

Derby lost at home to Tractor Boys last night. Looking at the stats they were done up by a team using the selfsame tactics that they used against us! Karma is a wonderful thing. That after beating Boro 3-0 away on Saturday.
5/6th place in this league is wide open. All to play for!

Absolutely. There are still 4 games before we even reach the half-way point of the season and we're only 8 points off the playoff and we've yet to properly get into our stride.

And we've done the same to Ipswich, I remember thinking to myself 'What must they be thinking, I feel for them a bit...' (This was before the Judge incident). I guess now we know... A dark moment but you're right it does happen and that's just the way it is. Hopefully it was a wakeup call to the team for the way we 'sit' on leads without intent and it can genuinely turn us into a good team that will forego those errors and mentality once in the lead. If we genuinely learn from this it could turn into a lot more points than the two we dropped on Monday night.
