I can count on one hand the mistakes Rico has made that cost us that resulted in a goal. Today was one and his first mistake all season.

I was truly pissed off when Rico wasn't included in the England squad. You have one fat head who all he is doing each month is bending is back to pick up his pay check and happy to see his contract run out and without fail is always selected and that is Maguire. I can't believe that are still some Bees fans who support Southgate. Rico is our longest serving player and like you he is the one player that to me I would feel uncomfortable losing. He really is irreplaceable. Not only because he is one of the top three left backs in the best league in the world but for me his signing was the signal in our approach going forward when we signed him on a 5 year contract. I feel losing him will be a change of changing into a new era.

Rico has played over 200 games and most of us have had the pleasure to see most of them.
Someone said you can count the amount of errors to goals ratio for Rico on one hand.
I reckon I’ve seen 3 errors, and two of those resulted in penalties in 7 years and 200 games.
He has been an outstanding player in our history and next to Olakgibes debut the roar of “Rico Rico“ from the West and South stand whilst he walked disconsolately chin down on the lap of appreciation was a highlight of the affection we have for him.
There is no more popular player on the terraces and we have plenty of top players to choose from in this list.
