Man of the match: Scott Robertson. Scored the all important first goal in a result that could prove so crucial to the club in the coming month. His energy and drive in the middle of the park helped United dominate possession for the majority of the game.

Watched this on sky with the added bonus of Robbie Neilson at right back.

Have to say he was hardly in the game, not surprising on a 5 nil stuffing, but in his defence there were ten other Dundee players exactly the same. I wouldn't like to draw any conclusions based on tonight.

United are at home to Celtic at the weekend (sky 4)

Tweeted earlier today that he still has no idea where he will be playing next season, he hopes it's sorted out in the next few weeks.....

and one before that sounded like ITFC were his preferred destination...

Tease....given the delays and the other interest from "Bigger clubs" I really thought this was dead in the water. Would be delighted to be wrong in this instance.

Hope your source is more reliable than this post when you said we were signing Simon Francis. Southend did accept the offer of 150K but he didn't sign. Still hope you are right though.

Heard from a reliable source (that's all I can say) fee is £50k with add-ons taking the total transfer fee to a possible £150k.

Really can't see it on his timeline? But he has replied to an Ipswich Town fan which suggests he is in advanced talks with them.

I recently asked dave barnes about the chances of signing young Scott, he replied on twitter saying " He doesn't play football he's currently enjoying his time as a diver in Australia"
