Not Confirmed but allocation MAY be bigger than 3,000 (3,344 given to WHU Ticket information confirmed for Southampton away | West Ham United)

Season Ticket Holders including Premium Seat Holders with 3,600+ TAPs: Wednesday 10 November, 2pm (guaranteed opportunity, one per person).

A selection of My Bees Members: Wednesday 10 November, 2pm (guaranteed opportunity, one per person).

We’ll email My Bees Members with the highest TAPs that have registered an interest for this away game and will give them the opportunity to buy their ticket.

Season Ticket Holders (including Premium Seat Holders) with 2,500+ TAPs: Monday 15 November, 2pm (SYSTEM ERROR so cancelled)

Hoping to get a ticket for this but can't remember if it was one of the games I ticked off as being interested in.

Had to go in the home end when we played them in the cup in 05 so hopefully that won't happen again but if it does I hope the Southampton fans don't have long memories ?

You can always submit the form again (you are allowed to do it more than once), though it may be too close to the on sale date to make a difference this time

Any perceptions about popularity of this game? Maybe lower demand than Newcastle as we've been there in 2005, 2009 and 2010? (and last season's behind closed doors encounter). And given the awkward date a week before Christmas, people might not put football first.

West Quay will be absolutely rammed on the saturday before Christmas, better off heading to Bedford Place or London Road.
Hoping to get a ticket for this one, even if i dont i will pop into town for a beer and hope to see you all

Makes the approach to the new ground from Gunnersbury like glorious.

I had a course down at St Mary's and in the cold light of day I could not believe how ugly it was down there. Got to be up there with worst locations of grounds / grottiest surroundings. I still think Standard Liege is pretty strong in this respect as well.

The housing estate around it - Golden Grove - is NOT somewhere you will want to leave your car.

Last time I went there was L1 match at St Marys. Had to do a P&R from a car park of the M27 by a Tesco Store. Think I'll coach this one from Brentford, as will be able to carry on in the same direction (North) when we get back. After the free bus to Derby a few seasons ago, the said bus passed 'my' junction on the M1, and if had been in the car would have been 20 minutes from home. Going on to Brentford, then driving home took 2 hours!

I used that P&R for that game too and the bus took ages. I’m staying over at the ex MIL’s over towards Whiteley so will take the train in and have a few beers rather than do that again.

I'm not so sure, although its relatively close away game to Brentford (maybe not fans). Its the weekend before Christmas, and like many I've visited St Marys at least once maybe twice in league games, can't remember. Might be one people give a miss. For me changing Stores soon, so not sure what my availability over weekends is going to be like, so 100% going to try and do it.

I’ve got the usual predicament of whether to wait for friends with lower TAPs before purchasing but it’s a tricky one to predict for the reasons you’ve set out.

When it comes to Southampton away, I think I’ll forever be scarred from the 2004/05 ticketing experience.

You’d probably be fine but best not to risk it. You can always email the ticket office and ask to be seated with your friends once they’ve bought their tickets.

When we played there in L1, that match was pretty close to Christmas,too.

Same dilemma here. I missed out on Spurs tickets waiting for my daughter to qualify, might have to think differently this time.

It is very difficult to predict

It is sandwiched between home games with Man U and Man C

And its the Saturday before Xmas

BUT
If you wanted to choose between Southampton away and Brighton away (with all travel issues and kick off time)
I would choose Southampton every time

Christmas makes no odds apart from many blokes will use this one as their Christmas p!ss up awayday, which makes it even more popular. Loads of Bees live on the M3 corridor and in the surrounding areas of Southampton, also only an hours drive from parts of West London. This is up there with the games that will sell out fastest.

Not difficult at all, if you're not quick, you won't get a ticket!!

Learn from experience, look after yourself or you might miss out.

Not complaining but I have not registered my interest in any away match and yet I get those same e-mails. Haven't bought any, of course.

I got one of the last remaining tickets for that match amidst all the chaos.

I told the bloke selling it what a shambles it was and he screamed at me…….what’s your problem, you’ve got your fckg ticket ?.

Customer care at Brentford peaked that day.

How does that work, I have a mate, season ticket holder, who just falls short of the 3600 taps threshold and Can't get his ticket today. Broken Brentford.
