I'm onto about my 11th try and have encountered about 4 different types of error that are still preventing me from buying the tickets!all the above issues happened to me but worked second try
We have written to the club today, and that is being looked into.Still charging P&P for digital tickets!
Suspect you were doing nothing wrong, but the workaround was as outlined by Nick L, hover over pick your own seats and then you could add ticket types for each and then go to check out basket and it worked.I ended up ordering my tickets by phone. Tried on online - was ordering two tickets (one being for F&F contact) but system would only let me order one ticket at a time. As a result it wasn‘t giving me two seats together.
All fine when ordering by phone but if anyone can shed any light on what I was doing wrong on my on line order, feedback most welcome.
What phone and browser? I have the same issue but was told it was due to my company policies on my phoneNot working on my phone, keeps trying to load seat map and falls over
Thank youSuspect you were doing nothing wrong, but the workaround was as outlined by Nick L, hover over pick your own seats and then you could add ticket types for each and then go to check out basket and it worked.
It’s a bit unresponsive when ordering via the map on a phone. Got there in the end. It’s quite a handy feature to have though. What phone and browser? I have the same issue but was told it was due to my company policies on my phone
I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro with Edge. It works on Chrome.
This happened twice with my Mastercard Credit but worked with my VISA Credit. Not sure if that was just luckusing laptop and it's not happy about my bank details etc and says complete all fields and ensure the payment covers the total amount. I have no problems with auto complete usually. Tried 5 times.

I'm a season ticket holder 3500 taps. If I want to sit with a member, i have to wait for the game to reach all members and by together?
No, purchase any seat and then ask the ticket office to move you.
Yes, otherwise you are playing a risky game. As a fail safe try and pick a seat near to each other, particularly as it's Safe Standing you might get away with it.Ok. So I buy a ticket in my window, then my mate does the same, should it reach members. I then call the office and ask for those seats to be together?
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, didn't work on Chrome - personal phone so no policies. Can't use my work laptop because of said policiesWhat phone and browser? I have the same issue but was told it was due to my company policies on my phone

Logged onto laptop at 2.05pm, got that same, confusing message ("not a member, no TAP's etc") about three times, gave up and called Ticket Office - was No.20 in the queue, so left a message asking them to call back.Had to ring up and get mine. Online system was a shambles.

Getting this message despite having over 4000 TAPs, any ideas what's going on?
I came across both of these messages when I tried to buy earlier, in addition to another type of payment failure message and an "Are you a robot?" error. Tried both my account and another family member's account, and on 2 different browsers. Still couldn't buy - I gave up in the end and will try again this evening. Painful.
Hobbsy, I would imagine this affects all of us. To me it felt like a bandwidth issue. A very slow and unresponsive system - where you could access the map, but not select the available seat you wanted. I tried at home, both on the App and Online. Both equally slow. What phone and browser? I have the same issue but was told it was due to my company policies on my phone

So how does that work for those that do not have smart phones??I went in May 23
It was definitely e tickets only
No Paper option
You got the ticket added to Google or Apple Wallet on your phone a couple of days before the game
You have to call up the Ticket Office....So how does that work for those that do not have smart phones??

You got the ticket added to Google or Apple Wallet on your phone a couple of days before the game
And we won 3-1 by the way
Yes it IS Confirmed as Sat at 3pm
No Europa League the week before
Its CL only
Spurs are not in the CL

Answering myself but it may help others, it works better if you pick the seats yourself as you choose the type when you select them from the mapWhat a stupid unintuitive idea this is, why have the ticket type and a plus minus, just choose the ticket type for each one. It's not clear that you need to do this for each ticket. All of this could be done in the size of the box used for one ticket.

Yes was really slow, took two attempts to check out as the first one timed out before the payment went through.Hobbsy, I would imagine this affects all of us. To me it felt like a bandwidth issue. Yeah, I somehow stumbled upon doing it that way and it worked fine all the way from there. (Don'tAnswering myself but it may help others, it works better if you pick the seats yourself as you choose the type when you select them from the map
A multitude of issues but this one I've had for all seat map away games including the Watford friendly, so I'm not buying the bandwidth excuse.Hobbsy, I would imagine this affects all of us. I wouldn't hold my breath on that callback... I requested a callback on the day when new season tickets were offered to qualifying members. I still haven’t received the callback! (Like you, I was able to sort out my issue online, so didn't need to speak to anyone in the end). I suspect that there is an issue with their callback system.Logged onto laptop at 2.05pm, got that same, confusing message ("not a member, no TAP's etc") about three times, gave up and called Ticket Office - was No.20 in the queue, so left a message asking them to call back.
Then went back online at about 2.20pm to take another look, got the rotating buffer thingy for a bit before getting through. The actual booking was easy thereafter - picked preferred seat and paid by M/C Credit Card, all on good 'ol Firefox(!), no problem.
Ticket Office still haven't called back, though I daresay they're extra busy just now.
P.S. I assume they'll email me my ticket, with QR Code, to print off? (I have a plastic ST Card, so they won't be able to send it to a Mobile)
Is selling via seat map a deal between all clubs or have we actively gone to others requesting one so we can sell like in that manner? Regardless it’s a good initiative.A multitude of issues but this one I've had for all seat map away games including the Watford friendly, so I'm not buying the bandwidth excuse.
No, purchase any seat and then ask the ticket office to move you.
