It's a shame as for all his size and strength he seems a really decent bloke who plays with a smile on his face. I often wish he was a bit more forceful at times but Rotherham fans suggest that he had this coming as he was top of the bad boys league and thing. This bizarre ref has killed Elder's career.

Ridiculously blatant offside, but quite a tame balls up by Attwell's standards.

No-one was seriously injured, and there was no flurry of cards, so the press probably won't give it much attention.

Will also be overlooked 'cos it's 'only' Hereford United.
