Loads of QPR in the Reading end on Saturday. Sounds like Reading just put tickets on general sale despite QPR selling out in a few hours….
A statement on the STAR website confirmed a number of measures will be put in place by Reading for future games to avoid similar scenes.
They include enhanced checking of online purchases (identifying fans by postcode and/or lack of loyalty points), especially for games where the away allocation is likely to sell out, plus there will be a minimum level of loyalty points required for seats in the home end but near to the away fans.
Reading FC will also make visiting clubs aware of the maximum allocation of tickets when the initial allocation is requested.
Additionally, the club is considering extending the segregation netting next to Club1871 to make the distance between them and away fans greater.

QPR cocked up ticketing for this too, by making it "General Sale" right from the off, which pissed off a lot of their fans who ended up missing out....I guess these were the ones in the home areas......Loads of QPR in the Reading end on Saturday. How pony is this ticket website. I have bought tickets for oldham but no idea how to print them!! i made the mistake of buying at the same time as west ham tickets and paying for postage. needless to say the tickets didnt come in the post with the west ham tickets and no option to print on the website.

Is the ticket office open today as went after 2pm on Friday for Oldham only to be told their, ticket printer was down. I cannot print at home, just fortunate that I live in Brentford so not far to walk.

I also ordered 2 Oldham tickets paid £2.50 postage only to receive an e-mail saying it was print at home stupidly I thought I would get wolves/weekend out of the way as I'm a dab hand at downloading tickets to my phone now having still not got our season tickets and what do I find 'these tickets are not avaliable to print" but don't worry I've e-mailed the club so should here back within 72 hours actually I might try phoning now is the ticket office open at 9am 9.30am or 10am does it close at 4pm 4.30pm or 5pm

I actually expected the hammers tickets to be posted and the Oldham tickets to be able to print at home . When I couldn’t print Oldham I opened the envelope with hammers tickets expecting Oldham tickets but alas …..

That’ll sort it. I had the same problem last week (received W.Ham, but can’t print Oldham) and e-mailed. T/Off can seemingly press ‘reset’ or something. They replied, and I’ve printed the ticket, all within 24 hrs.

I've been trying to print my Oldham ticket for about three hours but just says "Your request is being processed". Thought it may be a problem my end but settings are all ok and I've also printed off loads of other unrelated stuff. Aby clues anyone ?

Same problem here, can’t view my Oldham ticket in ‘My tickets’. Just says ‘loading’ forever when I click on ‘Printable version’. Emailed BFC to ask them to email me the ticket and got a reply a couple of hours later;

I’ve had this problem in the past. Have you tried logging out of ticketing and then logging back in? It solved my problem.Same problem here, can’t view my Oldham ticket in ‘My tickets’. Bought a Liverpool ticket on the exchange (so I thought) for my wife. Order confirmed and money taken from account. Went to download it tonight and nothing there. Found a cancelled file for the order. No notification, no idea why and money still showing as authorised on bank account. Have emailed and will call tomorrow but any ideas?

Hmmmm.....could have been that one.
I've been logging onto the TE over the past few days looking for a West Stand ticket, but the only one that came up was 1 about 4 rows from the front of the North Stand. Thought it was in N124, but could have been N125.
The odd thing was, sometimes when I logged in it showed as available, and then the next time it had gone. Only to reappear again at a later login. It must have done this about half a dozen times. Each time with exactly the same seat showing as available, before disappearing......

I'm arriving back in London just in time for the game and few drinks beforehand tomorrow, managed to forget my season card. The new "print at home" option on the ticketing site is great and I found it easy to use and has saved me a bit of stress tomorrow.

Spoken to the ticket office. They knew what seat I was talking about. North stand block N125 Row 2 seat 657. Glitch in the system and whilst payment was authorised it wont be debited and will just drop off. Barely an apology and one disappointed missus?

Not for you to answer - but why would tickets go on and off sale? It’s not Wednesday, when our multi-million pound entertainment business just shuts its ticket office all day ‘because’.

Read on the Wolves forum that people could log in to the system hours before the deadline, book a seat and wait for the site to be officially open and purchase at their ease.
Maybe to avoid something like that?
