These are the two posts we really needed IMO, and they do help calm down the anxieties seen on here over the past few days (although your latter post does revert to criticisms of fans who were, for example, conscious that AS was able to go too far with the budget). Last season was a ridiculous revolving door of mediocrity which went on for too long unchecked. But in your excellent first post, you do acknowledge that the minimal interference given to AS may have been a mistake (at least I think that is what you were saying).
I also applaud your comments about the season not meeting expectations. This is the sort of talk we have been wanting to hear from the club for many years - a break with the small time mentality of old. I hope the new manager will be appointed sooner rather than later, but I will resist telling you to hurry up, or please hurry up either for that matter.
