Easily Eubank. Connor Benn didn't have the ring smarts. Maybe wide on the cards but there was only one winner. You could see at the end Benn knew he hadn't done enough.

What a scrap! I didn’t have four rounds between them. Technically you could pull each fighter apart, but what a fight both gave it everything great watch.

A phenomenal fight, Eubank edged the first half and then made clear inroads in the second. I don’t think the scorecards were wide at all really, I thought Jr was a good 3-4 rounds ahead from around the 5th/6th round onwards. He kept landing clean, flush shots on Benn amongst the flurries of punches and when Benn tried to return, he couldn’t land the same back.

If that was Eubank struggling with the rehydration clause then I don’t think team Benn will want to see him in better condition the next time around.

A lot of rubbish from Hearn towards the end, especially about Benn being the peoples champ. Neither are really loved by fans as people, his dad might have been the peoples champ but Conor isn’t and there is still a strong blemish hanging over his reputation in the form of doping.

Loved to see the passion from Eubank at the end, and as sad as it was, it was a great picture between Nigel and Conor hugging it out. Great to see Senior turn up too, really enjoyed watching them take it all in at the during the ringwalk.

I’m totally to with you on the volume of iffy decisions in boxing. Not sure this was one though.

Huni went down with 1:28 left of the round. The referee waved it off at 1:17 with Huni still stumbling round the ring and unable to get his gloves up.
