At what long-term cost?
Hughes brought in something like 15 players. His spell is up there with Tommy Docherty's at Derby as a wholesale makeover of playing staff which produced bugger all in return.
Will Harry make do with the existing squad or want to spend still more money?

There are unfortunately worse sides in the division, he'll likely keep them up as a result. He'll spunk loads in jan on journeymen and make them harder to beat, the fans will think they'll win it the next year and hell be gone by Christmas....

I think it will be the job that ends his career. Harry can only operate with a fat cheque book. He simply buys [ or tries to buy] very good players and they look after things. He is no tactician which is what QPR need.

He has trouble with reading and writing in english as i and many other people do, nothing to be ashamed of. He said this at his trial. Amongst other things he said , he could'nt send an email. How would he have faired learning an east slavic language.

In a way you have to admire the way he got rangers to sack Hughes by making them panic about the possibilty ( never in a million years) of him taking a job in Ukraine he will fleece rangers big time and as usual blame everyone else when they go down.. But it will be good to see rangers make Portsmouth look like a well run club

Did anyone hear him interviewed on Football Focus yesterday lunchtime? When the presenter asked him when QPR had first contacted him about the job he mumbled and mentioned Wednesday, then corrected himself to almost commit to Thursday before realising Hughes was still in a job and then muttering something about being called while playing golf on Friday or Saturday, and he couldn't remember which day of the week it was apparentely!
