I think he had surgery didn’t he? Google indicates “If your meniscus was repaired, it can take 6-9 months to return to sporting activities. Meniscus tear and repair surgeries tend to be effective.” So I doubt any earlier and possibly slight later…

Yes, to be fair, three weeks before first team training and then another three weeks to get in the squad. That’s end of November so plausible.

I would imagine meant back in full training in three weeks. Great to have him back for the bush December Xmas and New Year schedule. Teams will be completely unprepared for him which will be to our advantage and that includes Arteta who imaginebjs fastidious in his preparation versus opposition.

So good! I think that because I watched so much of him at Bruges (including two live games) it's the most excited I've been about a new signing ever. I'm certain he'll terrify Premier League defenders and will turn us into a proper force up front. If Thomas can somehow find a way of he and Wissa playing together with Bryan drifting then I think that would be a dream front three.

AFC Wimbledon but your point still stands - I am not expecting him to set the PL alight this season, it should be used to bed him in for next season when he has had a full preseason behind him and half a season to adjust.

I remember watching a video of of the YouTube analysts and he said something about not being sure Thiago would come good as he scored so many of his goals from the stuff yard box and he may not be able to get that sorry off space here.
