With IT out we are only left with the Prems best double act and another who pops in a hat-trick! (written with my satitical irony pen, not my wet pencil)
Or, in an ideal world, 17.Let’s just get the required 12 points and go from there
Lewis MacLoed (sort of).Christ has any player ever managed to get as many injuries without ever actually playing
In the same way Rico Henry is a massive miss. You can call bad news bad news sometimes. How can he be a "massive miss" when he hasn't played to be missed? ?![]()
f*** knows how they would have coped in 1997/1998 seeing Ricky Reina up front with Ryan Denys. How does anyone sleep at night with such wet sheets? Today (just like any day in the past 4 years or so) is the best day to be a Bee
From what I recall about Ricky Reina, he would have failed walking up the steps to a medical, let alone the medical itself.f*** knows how they would have coped in 1997/1998 seeing Ricky Reina up front with Ryan Denys.
But what happens when they get injuredWith IT out we are only left with the Prems best double act and another who pops in a hat-trick! (written with my satitical irony pen, not my wet pencil)
You do know it's OK to be disappointed when something bad, yet inevitable, happens, right? That's what happens. Have a look at every premier league player and count how many play 90 minutes every single game of their career
Getting injured is part and parcel of life when you are a highly-tuned athlete expected to perform at the top of your abilities every time. This isn't some cloggers running around a League Two pitch and pumping balls into channels anymore.
The Pope is a Cathlic. Bear sh*t in the woods. Athletes get injured.
Hysteria isn’t mild disappointment that a player that has played 90 mins for us is out for a few games whilst Bryan and Kevin and Wissa bang then in as they have been doing all seasonYou do know it's OK to be disappointed when something bad, yet inevitable, happens, right?
I'm not sure you could describe any of my posts on this thread (or this site in general) as hysterical.Hysteria isn’t mild disappointment that a player that has played 90 mins for us is out for a few games whilst Bryan and Kevin and Wissa bang then in as they have been doing all season
Maybe not, but they'll soon be historical....I'm not sure you could describe any of my posts on this thread (or this site in general) as hysterical.
I wasn’t referring to you specifically.I'm not sure you could describe any of my posts on this thread (or this site in general) as hysterical.
You've obviously got a good dealer.I’ve never even heard of an infected joint before!
And/or a good butcher.....You've obviously got a good dealer.
Fola Onibuje, Murray Jones, Callum Willock, Peter Beadle, etc.f*** knows how they would have coped in 1997/1998 seeing Ricky Reina up front with Ryan Denys.
Add him to my list! What I'd do for a Lee Thorpe type of forward now ?
He certainly would have done after Barnet away in promotion seasonFrom what I recall about Ricky Reina, he would have failed walking up the steps to a medical, let alone the medical itself.
Even the commentators mentioned this last night.all stems from having your two full backs missing for 14 months and counting…..
Is that all we are saying....??......Give Ashley Hay a chance!
“Guardian-style selective quotation” - really???Thanks - @Banana seems to be using Guardian-style selective quotation.
Give Ashley Hay a chance!
Everybody's talking 'bout Thiagoism, Nunesism, DaSilvaism ...Is that all we are saying....??......

My neighbour had a hip replacement, months afterwards she picked up an infection somehow in the new joint. She spent six very uncomfortable weeks in traction with the joint separated to allow the infection to be treated before the joint could be repaired. It was serious and incredibly painful. I really hope that IT has better luck, so tough on the big guyWhat next?
Dengue fever?
I’ve never even heard of an infected joint before!
Out of interest how old and fit was your neighbour, as it does matter. My neighbour had a hip replacement, months afterwards she picked up an infection somehow in the new joint. This sounds the most credible diagnosis so far.My neighbour had a hip replacement, months afterwards she picked up an infection somehow in the new joint. Of a certain age but as a lifetime horse rider incredibly strong, physically and importantly mentally tooOut of interest how old and fit was your neighbour, as it does matter.
But older and more prone to infections and recovery from.Of a certain age but as a lifetime horse rider incredibly strong, physically and importantly mentally too
I was responding to a general comment about joint infection as you could see. Anyone can get them and they ain't a laughing matterThis sounds the most credible diagnosis so far.
We've already heard that Igor went for an emergency operation after training on Tuesday. It makes complete sense that he had a hip replacement after hitting 70 years old.
I had one and after 2 weeks of antibiotics I was fit to still be a sh*t footballerI was responding to a general comment about joint infection as you could see. Anyone can get them and they ain't a laughing matter
Wrong song, matey. But it’s still rock and roll to me ?
All we are saying, is give him some pills.Wrong song, matey.
I Am The Walrus? All we are saying, is give him some pills.

Of a certain age but as a lifetime horse rider incredibly strong, physically and importantly mentally too
I know a chap who had a hip replacement and he was a cleaner, now uses a squeegee instead of a mop.The only two friends I;ve had who have had hip replacements have been
1) a very active horse rider with her own horse
2) a very active pedal bike rider who now has an ebike.
