Jay Tabb
Which is amazing really as I thought he was their stand out player today and drove them forward.

He had a good game.
Thought Tommy Smith was excellent for them as well, top centre back he is

I watched on the net and thought Mings was rather decent..

...........yep...........liked Mr Mings...........good player, comfortable on the ball and skillful...........

........not getting much love on Ipswich forums.......
Thought Tabby was excellent today. Also rated Sears, Mings and Smith.
They didn't understand that our defenders were allowed to pass the ball to each other, either, judging by the crowd noises; I guess that they only see defenders hoofing forward. Tabb busied himself, close-marking in midfield - Douglas mainly - and charged forward at every opportunity rather than just hoofing the ball. I guess, if your team is playing regularly on a corrugated pitch, then hoof'n'chase is what you think is football and any player under 6'3" with his neck craned back can't be a good footballer. Horrible stuff reminiscent of Plough Lane. That's amazing if they don't appreciate him...
Would love Tabb back here.
12k a week might put you off though
He was very disappointed that he didn't make the bench against us.
still not playing much...
Not a chance of him returning especially with Swift's signing and hopefully McLeod getting fit.
He retired
No he hasn't and it's his birthday today.
Wouldn't be surprised if he ends up at AFC Wimbledon.
could do a job for us?
Not at this level, I'd rather remember her for the cracking legend he became
he's much better than JD going forward, he is something we don't have, can pass a ball through a needle to the runner attacker..
Could , a younger Tabby maybe but he's past his sell by date, another midget and we have exceeded our quota?

we don't do to bad with short arses lol
Sad, but true. I'd rather remember him for the Bees' legend he was too. Good luck to him for the future.

still no game time?
Best left as a memory, I think.
Could he not be da decent squad player ?
I think we have more than enough decent squad players and adding another wanting a decent contract and salary has little point.
I wonder how many of our very loud and opiniated fans know who Jay Tabb is and his impact on our Club
