Did they ever actually say that? Or was it scaremongers stirring things up? I have no lost love for Luton but I thought their fans were a credit to their club today, which is more than can be said for some of our little chavs.

We had some serious chavs on display today.

Who was the lairy little idiot in the light brown offering out the Luton fans and then for good measure the old bill. Complete ar$e. Most of em got loads of front but no bollox when it comes to it.

Hopefully some of the folk who've been vociferous on here about the behaviour of other team's supporters were taking a good look at some of the morons on the field at the end of today's game.

The problem I have is it was the players I was hoping to see celebrate.

All I ended up seeing was cretinous, drugged up chavs wanting to either punch police horses, take on the disinterested Luton Town supporters or otherwise display their muscular prowess to everyone inside the ground.

Well, it all went off fairly peacefully from a luton perspective yesterday. Nothing more than a bit of banter from both sides.

Good job we paid for all the cops though as they were needed to keep all the brentford idiots off the fk pitch. Didnt see any luton fans on there.

I can understand people running on to an extent but they were told to make way for the presentation but continued to confront the luton fans and would not leave for ages.

The main protest from Luton seemed to be from their own players driving off whilst their fans were waiting patiently for them in the Brook Road presumably for at least a part lap of honour.

I wanted to see the players and management do a lap of honour with their medals and the trophy on the display. I wanted to applaud them for the effort they have put in over the season. I didn't get a glimpse or chance to do any of that.

There are safety issues involved here, it could have started fighting, young kids were on the pitch and could have been injured, the club asked fans not to go on the pitch for this and many other reasons such as it not being possible for the players to return, ps despite all the hype I thought the Luton fans behaved well despite all the hype, and quite a few stayed behind long enough to see the presentation, pitch invations alwys lead to the possibility of FA action, this is how we finished up getting grounds fenced in, you can celebrate and cheer the team without spoiling the good name of our club.

It`s been an interesting season as a Hatters fan and not one i`d wish on any clubs supporters ( except the franchise scum up the M1 ) -30 was always going to be a mountain, getting evicted having earnt 56 points in a season has to be some sort of record the off season i suspect is going to be even more interesting as we watch the FA/FL take their administrative incompetence to even higher levels.

I`m not going to go into the full monty on our admins, it`d take 2 hrs to type it all out, and of course the way the FL/FA have acted in other similar cases, but just for a bit of reading if any of you feel the urge ( cue the not interested responses rofl ) i`ve attached a link to an article relating to our second spell in admin

It`s worth a read if only to show the type of individual the FL consider a ' fit and proper person ' to own a football club Clubs can survive many things, the laissez faire make it up as you go along , not actually aware of the facts, one rule for the sky4 one rule for the others attitude of the football authorities is what will kill clubs like ours and yours unless we have a radical shape up.

I was surprised you couldn't sell 1800 tickets for the game considering you have a massive following now.

And I don't think you'll find it easy to come straight back up, there's some decent sides in the Blue Square.

Lot of our lot couldn`t be bothered to be honest, last day of a crap season as far as we were concerned.

despite numerous requests they still managed to ignore the requests of the fans and stay off the pitch.

That was the brown ale moment of the day, it should have been a day of celebration and a day we could all have enjoyed, unfortunatly, there is always a bunch who want to feck it up for everyone else.

They most certainly were on the pitch while the game was still in progress. Obviously, in the circumstances, the referee did the most sensible thing, but there were 4 or 5 substitutions yesterday so there should have been at least 2 or 3 minutes added time, and I'm not sure the clock had even reached 90 minutes.

Maybe we will get away with it, maybe not.

I loved being on the pitch and getting to shake all the players hands made the day for me. I stayed until 6 if people were that bothered about seeing the players they should have got on the pitch and shaken the players hands rather than going home and moaning about it!!

The GPG has officially pissed me off today. I had a fecking brilliant season where I watched so many games where we won and a few where we were sh*te but ultimately we won the league. They gave me a great day out in Muff and a gorgeous weekend in Darlo culminating in a glorious relaxed day in the sun and a drink in Isleworth last night. Then I come home and read all bitterness and outrage on here, I had my celebration last weekend and really enjoyed yesterday and I can't get how so many are so angry about it all.

I'm ready for all the anger.
