Managerial Changes Thread 2017 / 2018

Just read on the BBC Football website that Harry Redknapp is set to join Yeovil on an advisory role, I'm off down the bookies in the morning to put £50 on them getting relegated.

Could have been us, if we'd shown up in the Play Off Final.

Derek Adams must be on thin ice at Plymouth.

Or Neal Ardley at AFC Wimbledon.
Failed to score in 15 of last 20 games !!

Ouch....

Craig Edwards resigns from Kingstonian.

Lost to the mighty Brightlingsea Regent on Tuesday who have achieved four promotions in the last seven years, our manager then promptly resigned and went off to Aveley

Shakespeare sacked by Leicester

Managerial Changes Thread 2017 / 2018

Not surprising. The owners are probably desperate for a "name" to be the manager, Harry Redknapp?! lol

You can get much more of a name than Shakespeare, unless it's Churchill. Is there a manager around called Elizabeth Windsor?

Barbara Windsor.

This Windsor would have those lovely boys in order

No he'd keep them up. Not pretty though.

I hope that nobody ever employs the greedy fat blimp again. Although of course, some desperate sods will.

Shakespeare sacked by Leicester

I always thought he was pretty disloyal in the period leading up to Ranieri's sacking. I also think that, in interviews, he sounds very much like Benny from Crossroads. Don't think Allardyce would go for it although he would be a good choice.

Managerial Changes Thread 2017 / 2018

Everyone loved the Leicester story but now, two managers on, most think their owners are just another bunch of deluded idiots. Lost their chance to build upon something special imo.

Craig Shakespeare and the undermining of Ranieri. What goes around comes around.

Personally, I'd be more than happy for him to take over the England job, considering the Telegraph story seems to be have been an unfair sting.
Don't think Leicester is a big enough job for Allardyce.
And Newcastle will soon be under new ownership, you could say Allardyce has unfinished business up there.

I would say both jobs are too big for SA. Hes not the type of manager those clubs will be after.

Richie Wellens sees off Seedorf and Scholes to get the Oldham job.

Managerial Changes Thread 2017 / 2018

Who is he

Played once for Man Utd under Fergie.

Carved out a good Championship / League One career with Blackpool, Oldham, Doncaster, Leicester.

Won four drawn one lost none as caretaker. Got Oldham playing attractive and winning football.

Allardyce is unlikely anywhere presently imho due to him taking legal action against FA

Can't believe RK will survive at Everton beyond the week end, they have been taken apart by Arsenal. If it wasn't for Pickford it would be a higher score.

Owner over to watch as well.

Managerial Changes Thread 2017 / 2018

West Ham or Everton. Which will blink first?

Managerial Changes Thread 2017 / 2018

They should just swap I reckon. Or maybe Hughes to Everton, Bilic to Stoke, Koeman to West Ham.

Bye-bye to Koeman, please.

Apparently the porn barons at West Ham have targets in mind, but they're all unavailable before the end of the season.
Probably a question right now of what response Bilic gets from his players after the 0-3 home defeat to a newly promoted side.

Managerial Changes Thread 2017 / 2018

Having watched both games Everton and West Ham are both as bad as each other.
