QPR are a goal up and playing well according to the stats against Millwall who have everything to play for. They won’t just fall over against West Brom. Players need to impress especially in the current employment market. Anything could happen on Wednesday,

Overall this has been a magnificent season and we have of players in the squad with
material transfer value.

Okay being positive. The majority
of football players just get on with the game. They don’t worry about other teams, club rivalries etc. QPR players will receive win bonuses, do you think they would willingly forgo that to allow West Brom to win all because their fans don’t like Brentford?

Still in with a chance of promotion.

Whether we go up or not we are going to be stronger next season as a club. It's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get up.

I am really struggling today, so I shall say this...

When we beat Barnsley on Wednesday and the Baggies slip to a 3-3 draw with that lot down the road, it will produce an even greater sense of euphoria, than if we'd had the procession of getting 4 points from our last two games. I can't go much lower than this afternoon, so the high that I will feel on Wednesday night will be all the more special.

Please God & MW & Ezi.

Am a season ticket holder so never listened to our iFollow’s commentators before, but I have to say they are marvellous. Knowledgeable without the cliches. Partisan but happy to be critical and always a nod to Peter Gilham. Very refreshing compared to listening to the bees on a radio Leeds/Sheffield/Bristol commentary for example

Stadiums could open in October, must coincide with the start of the new season.

We will be a year wiser and a few players stronger ready to do it properly.

Agent Barbet to the rescue with a 25 yard screamer.

Hopefully his penalty will finally land in the WBA net...

We had 24 hours where we really thought we were going to be in the Premier League. That would have been unimaginable until very recently.

If we sell players they'll be replaced by even better ones . imagine an improved Siad . I'm clutching at straws btw

We will have £50m or £100m to spend in the summer whatever happens in the next couple weeks!

It's written in the stars, QPR will be guiding us to the PL.

I think this is key. Even if we don't go up we have one of the best recruitment teams in professional football. I can't wait to see who we unearth next, whatever division we are in.

I think we need to be realistic, I bet there were no many of us:(I was one) who thought that following the return of football after Lockdown we would over turn the 10 point gap there was between us and WBA. If it was not For Huddersfield win on Friday and other results that went our way, we would be playing to see who we would get to start the Play Offs. There is still a chance of automatic promotion. We have the Play Offs as a full back. Yes we have lost here in the past. But WE CAN TURN IT ROUND AND WIN ONE

At the start of this season I would have been grateful for a Top 6 place

Keep the faith

My sentiments entirely, we gave it a good go with a fantastic charge that has taken us so so close, but we still have everything to play for, it's got to be our turn to WIN A PLAY OFF and I think this could finally be the year

Neutral perspective, but I think Brentford should be the positive and optimistic ones going into either Wednesday’s game or the playoffs. Brentford had a blip yesterday where it did seem like nerves had hit for the first time in the run in. WBA’s quite clear knock in confidence is much more sustained and deep rooted at this stage, though. You’re used to chasing, and applying the pressure - and get the opportunity to do it again, applying that pressure against an already shaky WBA. Brentford should be in the comfort zone and you’ll make it count.

And if it is to be the playoffs, there’s no other potential team in there that I’d want to play over two legs or one less than Brentford.

Keep calm. You’ll do it. Good luck for the season, I hope to see you at the top table next time around.

If my memory serves me correctly, in the first season of our time in the championship, on the last day we were 7th or 8th, needed to beat Wigan and needed Reading to have an unexpected win at Derby - all went as we needed and we ended up 5th and in the play offs.
Results could also go our way on Wednesday, so let's keep thinking positively and maybe it will go our way again.

There is no way we will leave GP without drama.

90 mins on the clock. QPR drawing at WBA but we’re still 0-0 with Barnsley. Ref points to the spot at the Ealing Road end.....

A depressing trip back from Stoke - or, indeed, even visiting Stoke - was avoided because of lockdown

Positive one: Our season target of 'top six' achieved
Positive two: Our final game at GP was a resounding victory
Positive three: Brentford Community Stadium
Positive four: If West Brom had won on Friday and we had won yesterday, we would be really up for Wednesday.
Positive five: the DOFs will already have a list of amazing targets for us to watch next season - whichever division we're in and who ever decides to jump ship.
Positive six: Matthew Benham

.... I could go on!

If yesterday was our Doncaster moment- great! Although I was gutted, I would really much rather achieve promotion ( which will come) actually in a full stadium shouting my nuts off rather than in my living room in front of Sky!!! If that's next season or in three more years- great. I've loved this season up to Sheff Weds. The rest has been too surreal and at times doesn't feel like it's actually real!!

Yesterday, like everyone in this board, I felt like crap, cursing everything from team selection to not wearing a particular pair of socks. This morning I woke up and just thought
of how amazing this season has been, many more highs than lows, some amazing football and a team/management/fan togetherness that has not been seen for a very long time. If autos not an option, well that's fine, we'll do the play offs, if that doesn't come off, we'll go again next year, with a bit more experience and some new exciting talent. Never before in most of our lives have we ever had it so good as a Bees fan and we have such a bright future ahead. You Bees

I don't quite know how best to describe this but missing the golden opportunity was more sickening than the opportunity itself. Does that make sense? Another season competing and hopefully gaining promotion would be fine for me - maybe, just like Doncaster, the set back might make us better prepared.

Not all over yet of course, appreciate that

I am starting to feel a bit more positive about the whole thing.

Let's go out there and win our game, if we get 27 points out of the last 10 games and don't go up then so be it....it's been a tremendous effort.

If QPR let us down, I’m more than happy to beat Fulham at Wembley to get promotion that way.

It makes complete sense. We are in exactly the same position that we would have been in had both Bees and West Brom won as expected of them, and nobody would have felt remotely down about that.

It's always the hope that gets you.

It’s been a fantastic season whatever happens and we should be incredibly proud of the team over the course of the season.
