Didn’t he recently sign a new one …How many years has Rico go ton his contract?

He should of had one ages ago !He’s going to get an England call up
Think he can play anywhere and look half decent …….………..an excellent right midfielder………:..
..............yep................just told me on the phone.................Think he can play anywhere and look half decent …….
Has stepped up yet another level this season. We probably take him for granted a little as he’s been part of the furniture for so long, but he’s only 26 ? Nailed on for the next England squad ??

…………some of us have spoken to him previously and he said he knows how good he is…………..It’s like he’s realised how good he is suddenly. He’s such a threat going forwards.
I wouldn’t swap him for either named. The best left back i have seen at Brentford and probably the best in the Premier league at the moment.
Not many better than him and that includes Luke Shaw and Andy Robertson.
What about Barry Tucker ? One for us oldies. The best left back i have seen at Brentford and probably the best in the Premier league at the moment.

Name from a little while ago, decent full backWhat about Barry Tucker ? One for us oldies.
OK, but not scary enough ...... Dick Renwick, now you're talking! ?What about Barry Tucker ? One for us oldies.
Well for those days, he had a good tash. What about Barry Tucker ? One for us oldies.

Shaw injured. If Rico doesn’t get a call up then it must be personal!!

Agreed. Tbh (obviously hope not) if I were Man Utd i'd be looking at Rico as a replacement for Shaw, i'm stunned we haven't received any bids for him....Shaw injured. If Rico doesn’t get a call up then it must be personal!!

Man United turn to Brentford's Rico Henry as a shock transfer target
ADRIAN KAJUMBA: United are scouring the market after Luke Shaw suffered a muscle injury which is expected to keep him out for a number of months.www.dailymail.co.uk
Let’s see the colour of their money. It’d be a move Rico would himself be very unlikely to turn down easily and would make his chances of playing for England much stronger, not just because of big club bias but also because he’d literally be replacing Southgate’s preferred LB. I don’t think we’d be screwed, we’d just not be as well placed to push for Europe this season. But I’m not sure that’s the end of the world particularly in a season where there are 3-5 clubs who are far more likely to be battling relegation than us. Establishing and having the money to build the squad doesn’t hurt if it ends with a step change up, as we found after 2015-19.Losing Rico would be a massive blow. Our top developed players like Jensen, Rico and Norgaard would be way too expensive to replace like for like. Even if this was possible. Our succession planning in midfield could work there with Yarmoliuk etc but Rico at left wing back is a bit of a one off. It would probably result in Hickey Left and Roerslev Right but we wouldn't half be screwed without Rico's pace.
Was that at Crewe?Chimney pots still quiver at the thought!
